I was always notified after the event or at very short notice.

Christies did persuade me to have a video of the practice done, which they then on several occasions failed to use causing me unnecessary trips for viewings.

Cathy was always on hand and proactive to handle in some instance tricky scenarios always looking for solutions. It was invaluable to help the selling process as progress as smooth as possible.

The follow‑up was good and the team was very responsive, but we would have expected a more critical assessment of the valuation, including an alternative methodology and a football‑field to estimate the fair value range.
