Did a two day navigation and wild camping course with Chris. All equipment was supplied and the training was technical, specific, and rigorous. Chris had a real depth of knowledge and relays the information with charm and good banter which made the course fun and enjoyable. If anyone is considering going for one of these courses I cannot imagine how this company could be bettered.
Chris has a wealth of genuine, hands-on experience in mountaineering, rock climbing, sailing and adventures around the world. Combined with his background as a Royal Marine, it is difficult to imagine anyone better qualified to lead and support people in challenging outdoor environments.
Chris is a natural leader and an excellent person to share an adventure with. He is a real stickler for safety, and his approach is backed up by years of practical, lived experience rather than simply qualifications on paper. Whether in the mountains or on a wider expedition, you know you are in experienced and dependable hands.
His wife and partner is also a fantastic asset to the team, and together they bring a great combination of experience, professionalism and personality.
We would thoroughly recommend Chris and his team to anyone looking for a safe, knowledgeable and genuinely experienced guide for their next adventure.

Hi Mike, it was an absolute pleasure to spend the day with you guys. The Haytor area of the moor is a right mix of high impressive rocky tors, deep valleys with steep hills to walk up and a tremendous amount of several 1000 years of history.
Had a fantastic day out navigating across Dartmoor with Chris. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and informative, highly recommend!

I run a wellness coaching business in Dorset, we wanted a challenge to raise money for charity and Chris was the man who led us across Dartmoor.
The work he put into the whole trip is second to none! The pre walk package we received with multiple walk options each tailored to our needs was a particularly brilliant touch.
He is very knowledgeable, and made us all feel very comfortable throughout the day.
