Chris came to view 2 cars my elderly mother was selling. He explained the price he was willing to offer and we saw how that compared with 3x online quotes I had. His prices were very reasonable and competitive. We could have got a bit more with private sales but the ease and convenience of using Chris far outweighed the hassle of this. I bought a car from Chris and I have had such an exceptional experience with him due to his honesty and reliability. I had recently moved to Stevenage and as a single mother with no family or support network in Stevenage I was very anxious in buying a car by myself with no one I could discuss it with. In my dealing with Chris I felt like we have known each other for a long time. He brought the car to my home for a test drive which I really appreciated from my heart. He also came and amend a slight issue I had with the car with him requesting no extra charge.

Chris has a background working in the industry, is an enthusiast and a car dealer so knows what he is talking about and how to offer a high level of customer service.
I recently purchased a Mercedes CLK 240 from Chris, I saw the advert, its pictures and description and talked to him on the phone about it, he also sent me a detailed video of the car with a running commentry which sealed the deal.
I caught the train to see the car, Chris collected me from the station in it and drove me back to his base to go through the paperwork and to sort out payment.
His knowledge of the car industry shone through as did his attention to detail and regard for making me, his client feel appreciated and special.
I drove the car home after which Chris made contact to make sure that I was happy with the purchase and to make sure that car drove as promised , which it did.
I have to say, the entire experience ,buying a car from Chris was simple and enjoyable, the description was spot on and his communication was constant throughout the purchase.
