Terrible online ordering experience
Terrible online ordering experience. I received a guaranteed delivery date and they did not ship the product until the day it was promised to be delivered. After they failed to deliver on time, they gave me another guaranteed delivery date which they also failed to deliver by. They are unresponsive to emails and refuse to let me cancel for a refund. I have reported them to both the FTC and BBB. Do not recommend.

Not too shabby
I was taken to a local vending machine by a friend and the quality was pretty much as good as you'd expect. High-Mid to Low-Top shelf grade. I've used a variety of other online marketplaces, but Chow is local and delivers. So, I made an account on their site today and look forward to receiving my product in the next few days. It's Sunday and they estimated it'll be here by Wednesday.

I went to all the shops around northern VA to find cbd oil and no one has it. I saw that they have it at Springfield mall so I went to see. They have the cbd oil but for $70.00 lol 😆, you can literally get cbd oil on amazon for $10 who in their right minds would pay $70 for a tincture of oil.

Bad UI/UX, machine was out of stock...
Awful experience from the vending machine in Springfield VA. The display has a glossy, reflective surface (glare) and isn't high resolution enough to read easily; the display area is too low and completely vertical, so I had to bend over to read it. Browsing is linear and requires a lot of finger swiping. Who knows who has touched that surface? Yuck. The UI/UX needs a lot of work. Too impersonal too. No thanks. Walked away. Won't go back.
