Products are quite nice quality. Unfortunately it hasn’t been a good experience when needing to return items. My 4 items were sent in 6 separate packages and unfortunately as they weren’t suitable they all had to be returned. The buyer foots the returns bill (I felt that this wasn’t made clear until the returns form had been completed) and it has cost me almost £10 per package to return. This is disappointing for a high end package where you’re already spending £400 ish on items. I like to support small local businesses but I feel very robbed and will stick to the bigger companies whose returns don’t leave me so much out of pocket if their products aren’t quite right. I wouldn’t recommend this company based on this experience.

Ordered a gorgeous white vase and it was even more gorgeous when it arrived . Super fast delivery. Great company . Will be buying again soon .

Just as seen in the photos. The vase dod have some paint defect on the inside but it didn't bother me as you cannot see it. Just wanted to leave this here for others to feel reasured that it is a genuine website. Very quick delivery also (with me in 2 days)

Had an issue were the lampshade came damaged but their customer service team got a new shade delivered within 24 hours with no hassle. Communication was perfect.

Ordered a beautiful lamp before christmas which arrived very promptly. Unfortunately the lamp had a small flaw on it. I messaged the Facebook page and within 24 hours they had posted the new lamp and Royal Mail appeared at my door to collect the flawed one. Exceptional customer service and I absolutely love my lamp! Would highly recommend. Thank you.

It’s not often I write reviews, but the customer service I received just before Christmas exceed my expectations. I ordered 2 lamps for a newly decorated bedroom, threw out all packaging before trying, and realised days before family arriving for Xmas 1 of the lamps didn’t work. Adam replied to my email and sent a replacement on 24 hr delivery. I love the products and service they deliver. Highly recommend and trust

I ordered a beautiful lamp - unfortunately there was a slight mark in the base. Adam was so helpful and arranged an exchange immediately - my new base arrived the following day and I’m absolutely thrilled with it. Came across this site by chance and I'm so glad I did. Beautiful quality items. I've purchased a lamp and a couple of vases so far and have recommended to family and friends. The blue vase I purchased is stunning and great value for money. Delivery is fast. Will definitely be using again.

Another one of these companies where you buy something nice for your wife but subsequently get bombarded with 20% discount offers. No, I don’t need 3 emails per week for the same discount code. No, I don’t like knowing I was fleeced by paying full price and then having discount codes waved in my face.

Ordered a bedroom lamp just three days ago and it arrived today well packaged and protected. The bedside lamp is really nice quality and very reasonably priced compared to other suppliers including my local store and shopping centre.
I would definitely use Chosen by Jessica again 10/10 for quality and delivery.

I purchased the wrong item by mistake and have sent quite a few emails with regards to sending the item back but they don't seem to have a system of returns.Mist companies have free returns but this company doesn't seem to have this.
