Embarassing tones and ambarassing customer care. Do not purchase anything from them, there are many other seller more serious and reliable. They should quit their job and do something else, it’s obviously out of their skills.

This is a review for order #99955
Basically I have purchased a set of patches for Zoom G1X, but since I do not have some effects installed on my device due to there not being enough space on it per default, I can't simply get the information which effects are missing! Only way for me to obtain that info would be to decode patches file, and their customer service is declining me the list of effects for each patch from the purchased patch set to which I'm entitled to.

Excellent Impulse Responses which translate well to real world use. I personally don't need (or even want) +1000 IR's that only lead to endless nights of fiddling and option paralysis.

So the essential packs are just what I need. 10 IR's of my favorite cab+speaker with pro-level mic blends.

Also very good service. I made a mistake in my order, sent an email and got a helpful reply the same day.

Got Blues and Strat packs months ago . Very good. Accidently wiped the presets adding others and had no further down loads.
Contacted Choptones and the sent me replacements within 12 hrs. Delighted, because they didn't have to.
Great customer service

Just got off a chat with Customer Service regarding a transaction thru paypal that was paid but the download link was sent to a mis-typed address. After some conversation and proof I made the transaction the rep was able to see that I had purchased the product but had indeed used the wrong (mis-typed) address. They were very kind and resent the download link to my correct address and resolved my issue!

The tones are great, the IRs and Presets are very realistic and work great with my HB DNAfx Advanced. I also had a query about the product I bought and Livio was very responsive and supportive in providing tips and the right type of presets. My experience was a great one.

Their customer service is great, I had an issue with my order and they helped me almost immediately and the tones are great, and I love the irs!

I have bought presets ranging from John Mayer to Metallica, and I am super satisfied with all my products. A well worth investment for my NUX Mighty Space.

When installing the Gary Moore profiles into my Kemper, I accidentally erased them all. In a panic, I reached out, explained my situation and downloads were immediately added to my purchase….best customer service everrrrrr! ….AND the profiles are stellar!

A couple of things...customer service is amazing, i got a reply at gone midnight to an email i sent the previous evening in response to some feedback.

I have so far purchased Rock Pack Vol 1 and Brit Anthems. The latter i had some problems with but i had some great support in getting up and running.

The product itself...incredible👌 both packs I purchased for my BOSS ME90 and they sound amazing right out of if the box. Close your eyes and you wouldn't believe there was no amplifier. So realistically created, i would recommend to anyone....in fact i already have and my singer has purchased packs as well 🤘🤘🤘

The tones are ok. Nothing special and have volume issues. My main reason for writing a review is their refusal to give me access to the ton packs I purchased after loosing what I bought in the Helene hurricane that hit my home in black mountain.

They told me I had downloaded them twice and that should have saved them in a safe location.

They said if I bought 3 more products they would make an exception and let me download what I already paid for.

I’ve had nothing but excellent advice and service from the folks at Choptones! The patches are excellent. The IRs are also truly worth their weight in gold. The tonal differences are as tweakable as they are noticeable. I downloaded 8 different products for for my Helix, at the same time. I wish I had done it sooner. I’m enjoying all the different sounds! I will download a bunch more for the Helix Stadium!

Please never give your mail to these people. After sending you a shit of tones they will never stop sending you ads to buy more shit. No matter how many mails you write to them letting them know that you want them to delete your data from their system they will never do. Even if you try to Block their communication they still find the way to invade your mail with hundreds of unwanted messages.

I purchased the Valeton Blues Pack, but by mistake selected the GP100 pack instead of GP200. I immediately realised after clicking the link it was wrong, and emailed straight away to explain.
All I wanted was the link to the model I'd meant to purchase for, but he refused, citing his returns policy. I tried to reason with him, and he continued to refuse to help and was happy to take my money and leave me without a useable product. I also sell digital products online as a guitar tutor, but I'm not in the business of ripping people off, and use my judgment in situations like these. So disappointed that I've wasted my money and have a useless link. Should of read the reviews here first, which are almost 70% negative!

Just delete my account and no way to get my purchase back !

Ordered a Santana preset for Quad Cortex. It has not been sent to me. They wrote me an email stating that I failed to follow the directions. Interesting response, at the same time I ordered their’s, I also ordered some Freeman patches. The Freeman’s came through without a problem. The same procedure for both. I would strongly suggest you find another place to deal with. Just look at those terrible reviews.

My experience has not been good, quite bad. I bought the strato pack which was supposed to be 3 presets with 4 scenes each. Well, nothing to do with it, I received 12 independent presets, after complaining, they had not the slightest intention of solving the problem nor was the price correct, it stated a cost of €20.00 and when you pay it comes out to €24.00, which in my case I have thrown away.
