It had a terrible odor - extremely bad. I have always had lamb all my life but nothing like that. Would not order again. It was the Colorado Lamb rack. Odor never went away even after cooking. Threw half away.

Great box
The Signature Prime Chop Box has a great selection of steaks for any steak lover. The ribeye has the perfect amount of marbling making it tender and juicy. The filet mignon was melt in your mouth perfect, with just salt and pepper. The NY strip was our least favorite of the three but was still amazing. We cooked them all on the grill, and they made the most delicious dinner.

Chop Box has always provided me with a fantastic selection of fresh meat, poultry and seafood. The lobster tails are the best I have ever eaten and the price is phenomenal compared to other online stores. The beef, chicken and pork are excellent as well and I recently tried the turkey burgers with carmelized onions. Everything is always perfect, fresh, delicious and cost effective. I have been a Chop Box customer for years and I am totally satisfied. I am waiting for the tenderloin tips to come back in stock.

The PRIME RIB ROAST that I paid $229 for was mostly fat and gristle. I contacted support at chop box and received NO RESPONSE! I will not purchase any more of their products.

The prime rib arrived in a timely manner and was perfect! It tasted great and my Christmas dinner guests gave it rave reviews as well. Afterward, I chopped up the leftover meat and made a dozen "out-of-this-world" individual-sized shepherd's pies, which I froze for later consumption. Thus, did I get an entire month's worth of enjoyment from this product!
