The delay repay feature really helped me.
Booked train tickets through this app but they were no cheaper than using trainline or direct from the rail companies. Every train booked was either cancelled or delayed so I emailed as advised on the website with details in order to get a refund. There was no acknowledgement email and nothing that indicated how long it would take to get a response. I emailed a different address from the website to ask for confirmation that my refund claim email had been received and what the timescales would be. Again, no response. In the end I've rsised a dispute with my bank to get my money back. I WOULD NOT recommend this app to anyone
