How this company uses Trustpilot
See how their reviews and ratings are sourced, scored, and moderated.
I’m sorry trustpilot, but you have so many systems blocking and protecting firms that aren’t real but leave up clearly false reviews. Please speak to Choise.ai about these positive reviews.
There representatives can confirm for the balance of 2025 and all of 2026 they were in liquidation- customers can’t access their funds and no transactions are active and a legal shutdown and bankruptcy was initiated.
Based on that these positive reviews of functionality are FALSE and should be removed. All these reviews talking about great features were written when the site was non-functional and therefore aren’t real - either these are many coincidental mistakes or deliberately not real but I recommend you do your own research or speak to a representative of the company who can confirm they were non operational and incapable of these transactions and functionality (being mysteriously praised by customers) when they were closed
From Crypterium, Choise dot com and now Choise dot ai, the SCAM never stop!
These people have no shame. They will deceive you and steal all your money.
I have lost 3530 euros with them. They completely deleted my account from their databases and never responded to my e-mails.
I hope that Vladimir Gorbunov, the CEO and Founder, end up in jail.
Trustpilot- please review these posters giving 5 star reviews talking about the great technology and experience in recent months! This website has by its own admission closed down and is in liquidation. YET, they continue to get positive review after positive review. All from Russian customers. How would a website in bankruptcy without functionality and without employees sering the company be getting rave reviews on its service? Just a few months ago the choise reviews were in 2 range and now they are above 4- but remember the website isnt functional, they haven't returned monies to customers and they are in liquidation - this is just so transperantly fake- Trustpilot you must do a better job of screening- read the comments Choise is admitting the website is suspended and that they are closing down and that they have failed to return monies to date- how can all these positive reviews be properly earned if that is the case??

Don't be fooled by the automated replies. The reply they have given to my previous review is the same they started giving back in April (even before they officially announced the liquidation).
They say "We will send detailed instructions in the nearest future and we will keep users updated on any developments." when this (the instructions) have already happened. What is not happening is keeping their users updated.
I have been contacting them on both emails, and received replies until June 23rd. I went through KYC and submitted all the documents requested (I even received confirmation for that first stage, which is when they revealed they would be refunding in USDC and at an old exchange rate). However, after I questioned the fact that THEY ARE NOT REFUNDING US OUR FULL FUNDS (or even the same tokens), all communication from their end stopped.
I even submitted their Crypto-Asset Reimbursement Claim Form and all the additional documents requested (multiple times), and not a single reply from their team (the deadline to submit documents was July 20th).
Instead of answering here, you should contact your team members at Choise.com and ask them to reply to the multiple emails I have sent and the open support tickets I have (request 415852, Support ticket ID: 405278, and all the other emails).

The app occasionally shows backend-style error codes (like “TX_FAILED_01”), which aren’t explained anywhere. If there were a link to an error reference page or a tooltip explaining what each code means, that would already be a huge improvement.

When I attempted a token approval and the transaction failed, the error popup gave no real context. A simple line like “Check your gas settings or wallet connection” would’ve saved time. Right now, it leaves users guessing.

Reply from Choise
The platform shows a basic confirmation once a transaction is complete, but offers no tracking in between. I’d expect at least a small in-app banner or modal that says “Waiting for confirmation,” with maybe a live status tied to the transaction hash.

Some error messages are too generic to be useful. I once tried to confirm a swap, and it just said “Something went wrong.” No code, no reason, no suggestion. I had to guess whether it was a network issue, insufficient gas, or a UI glitch.

I encountered a signing error while using a hardware wallet, but the app just said “Rejected.” It wasn’t clear whether the rejection came from me, the wallet, or the network. Error context is especially important when using external devices.

Reply from Choise
There’s no visual distinction between critical errors and temporary ones. Whether your wallet is disconnected or the token is temporarily unavailable, the message looks the same. Using color cues or urgency labels would help convey the severity of the problem.

The lack of clarity around session duration creates minor frustration. Sometimes I leave a transaction half-finished, switch tabs, and when I come back, I’m logged out. No warning, no session recovery. Adding a soft timeout with confirmation before full logout would help.

Reply from Choise
The app doesn’t offer session recovery if you’re logged out in the middle of an action. If your session expires while confirming a transaction, you have to start from scratch. A temporary memory buffer would prevent losing your place.

You can’t filter tokens by network or type. For users with multi-chain holdings, this becomes inconvenient fast. Ideally, I’d want to filter by chain (ETH, BNB, etc.), and maybe even by token type (native, wrapped, LP). Right now, it’s one long mixed list.

What’s missing is some kind of notification management center. If someone logs in from a new device, or even just resets a session, the user should be notified. A centralized activity log with timestamps would be an ideal solution.

The platform helps you to correctly assess your financial capabilities, I have not noticed any terrible surprises during transactions. All payments are confirmed in advance, I always know how much money I will use in advance before clicking on "confirm".

Support is usually hell for me. It infuriates me that I have to wait for answers for almost days, but I was pleasantly surprised that Choise support responds really quickly.

I've been with Choise for a long time, but not so long ago, for the first time, I had problems withdrawing funds. I thought that I already thought that everything was gone, but a friend advised me to write to support. And you know what? They really helped solve my problem, didn't freeze me for hours and even wished me a good day, it was a very pleasant experience for me, because usually the support does not intend to solve the problem, but I hope there will be no more problems.

The way Choise handles balance updates feels real-time. Even when making back-to-back swaps, the wallet reflects the changes instantly. That sort of attention to backend responsiveness goes a long way.

UI translation in my local language is mostly accurate, but a few sections fall back to English. Doesn’t affect usability, but for full localization support, these should be fixed. Most error messages and confirmations are already translated correctly.

If you’re managing multiple wallets, these email alerts help keep things in order. I use them like a breadcrumb trail to doble-check activity at the end of the day-works really well for passive monitoring.
