HIGH QUALITY SERVICE AND PRODUCT. MILES BETTER THAN VERY!
We ordered a wardrobe from VERY. It arrived late and damaged. As did the second one we reordered. So we thought we’d give Choice Wardrobes a try. We ordered the Dexter Mirror Doors Wardrobe. It took less than 1 week to arrive. They work in partnership with their own trusted delivery company, so the wardrobe arrived undamaged and delivered by a friendly delivery driver who carried all the heavy boxes into our home himself. We assembled the wardrobe ourselves but had the option of Choice Wardrobes assembling it for an extra £150. Still a good price for what’s involved. We not only had a call from Choice themselves after we placed the order offering great after sales care but also phone calls directly from the delivery team (lovely lady who couldn’t do enough to help us…again brilliant service) a couple of days before delivery to arrange date and time.
Once we assembled the wardrobe (took 2 of us about 4 hours), we were incredibly impressed by the quality of the wardrobe. It looks and feels solid. It actually looks very ‘high end’ for only £387. We are extremely pleased with Choice Wardrobes. The friendly customer service from both them and the delivery team was impeccable. We would absolutely recommend them 100% and will definitely look to purchase from Choice again in the future. Well done to all involved.
