Disgraceful service and avoid at all costs.

Total ripped off. Returned a coat on 10th October. Promised that it would be refunded yet still no refund.

Word of advice, make sure you get the right sizes or items you want, as the returns process is a complete joke.

I ordered a lot of Christmas stuff that was on sale on the 28th Dec and 1st Jan. I paid for next day delivery baring in mind I knew one day was bank holiday and neither arrived and no word from choice about delivery. I emailed and they then refunded me as the items I purchased were not in stock but why didn't they tell me they weren't in stock until I contacted them. I had emailed them about this issue an received an auto email to say not in stock not even a reply back to my original email. Never had an issue like this before but not very good customer Sevice this time at all

Ordered books and they never arrived. My last review was removed so I'm reposting it!

Do not order from D-choice retail. Ordered a package, item was destroyed and discarded during transit per UPS and d-choice is refusing to refund my money. I have escalated the situation with pay pal and will be contacting the BBB. Terrible service.

It has been over 8 months since I have heard anything about my package. I got another package in the mail though a few months ago with the wrong thing in it. But it has the same tracking information. Also I originally bought the sweater from a Etsy shop but it sent me here when I put the tracking information into Google. Things are not added up. I am mad. Do not buy from here.

This company sells fakes! bought a moschino hoodie from them, believing it was genuine. its a low quality item, the genuines are real high quality material and label is clearly fake as well

Placed an order Sunday and didn’t receive any email confirmation, however I did receive a shipping email on Monday. Was very worried after reading reviews and the website disappeared, however received my order 4 days after ordering and everything is as described and therefore cannot complain.

Ordered 4 days ago . No confirmation emails . No shipping notification No customer service . Hopefully will get my money back through PayPal

I made an order on this website last Friday and now when I tried to visit the website to check for any updates on shipping it has completely disappeared and redirects you to the flannels website

Returned 2 relatively expensive gilets recieved as signed for by them.

Though they obviously managed to take the money instantly.

Contacting my credit card company after this to advise of this attempted theft of my money.

Shame , they sell nice stuff , obviously just couldn't run across the road never mind a business.

Given the really bad reviews, I was skeptical about placing an order but I desperately wanted the item and took the plunge, and so glad I did! I had a really positive experience with Choice and no issues whatsoever. After placing the order, I received my confirmation and the dress was delivered a matter of days after - all in perfect condition. I would shop here again and don't have a bad word to say :)

After reading the reviews, I had no hope that my order would arrive. I had no updates with the shipping after a week and thought I had been scammed. However my Vivienne Westwood earrings which I got on sale eventually arrived over a week later. Just happy I got them but disappointed that it took longer than expected.

£64 bag arrived in time but very poor quality and part of the Logo was damaged. This was right at the front of the bag. Very disappointed. Customer service refused to dispatch another in time for a birthday present, even though I could prove I had sent the faulty one back. Consequently I had a refund and went elsewhere for a perfect bag. Would not use again.

Not very impressed. I placed an order 5 days ago I received a confirmation email but I’m waiting for a dispatch email but I guess they haven’t dispatched it yet.
Bear in mind I payed £6.99 for delivery

I placed an order a week ago and hadn't heard anything since to say it was sent. I decided to contact customer support and ask what was happening and asked if it was out of stock or still arriving.

I received a reply the same day blatantly saying it was still due to arrive, they could see it was located in the secondary warehouse and would soon be inspected and sent out.

This morning I received another email stating it was in fact cancelled, out of stock and I'll be getting refunded.

So in the space of a day I was promised it was still in stock and due then told it was out of stock and they're sorry. They were quick taking my money not long after ordering though.
