Excellent customer service. Having ordered online on a Friday evening, I wished to alter my order prior to dispatch. I was able to talk to someone directly on the Monday morning, who was able to assist. The items arrived the following day. The items were brass window fitments that were manufactured by Carlisle Brass. Top quality items at a very competitive price.
