I don't know what choice company is doing but they need to investigate the store in Lagrange shopping city there are some members of staff there that needs severely training I am a customer service officer but outside of my work I'm a public patron I don't feel that the customer service inside choice upstairs would Green shopping city is the best place to shop I will never go there again there are a supervisor who doesn't care doesn't say anything for what reason I don't know she was not imply or read but she didn't care and as for the other staff with her cornrows and the front and a bunch of curls she is absolutely rude personally customers always right and as a member of staff you don't have a right to be abusive and tell someone that you will also box them if they attack you which I never said I would I sit somebody would do that in the future because of your method of approach which is unapologetic lack emotional intelligence self-awareness and people's personal space she's disgusting.

I call the managers early this morning and told him about the incident I even apologize for shouting myself but I was so horrified at the approach of the member of staff she seems to have no empathy whatsoever he can talk to her to the cows come home but I think she's going to continue being rude because I've just looked up on the reviews and this more about the members of staff being very rude I don't know what choices doing but they need to investigate Wood Green

If I could rate any less, I would. I called choice to make reservation and each time I called it’s a different story being told. This time was the worst, I was given a promotion price however, was told to hold more on credit card so I’ll be able to modify. That’s what I did. Only a few days later I was told another story. These guys are story telling liars, and very rude. I think I spoke with Dwayne who connected me to the supervisor named Edwin, who was even more rude and obnoxious. They have no training, no customer care whatsoever. So manners and don’t care about their customers. The end result was the supervisor, who is suppose to help, hang up the phone on me. Not that they will care but I think I’ll not be dealing with choice anymore.

I recently stayed at a MainStay by Choice in Chantilly, Virginia. My stay there was horrible. The staff is currently rude, with no empathy for the guest, and the worst customer service. I had been there when it was previously Extended Stay America and their previous managers were the best of the best. There are still some of those employees, but it seems that they are not happy with the treatment of the new manager, and to be honest, it leaves a lot to be desired.

Firstly, they use Aramex who are truly terrible. I ordered a hover ball and for 10 days the status is ‘In transit to Aramex’. No reply to multiple emails. No other way to contact them. Total scam. Don’t bother

I have found their reviews to be inaccurate. I bought an eski based on their review and it is rubbish.

I’m a first time buyer and I will be buying all my contacts from IChoice form here on out. They are so patient and amazingly forgiving, I entered my address wrong and without an apt number my contacts was shipped back to them and they promptly got in you to re send them with the right address so happy with my purchase and new found contacts family

After 10 days back and forth with support, I was finally able to make a successful transaction. Only shortly after I got a message that my Successful Transaction was Declined ?!?
So WHERE ARE MY COINS, WHERE IS MY Money??

Somehow my BTC address has been changed into another one without to be informed. The money eventually that has been sent to the previous one needless to say is lost. Keep in mind I have received BTC there before. They say that I have changed my address??? Whats more I was not even informed that they have removed their referral program!!!! It seems to be a Russian company. If they do not botjer to solve my stolen money, I will never use this scammers

Initially, I found crypteruim and choice.com to be superb. Their virtual cards and transfers worked perfectly. Now and for the last 6 months, the cards have not worked. I transferred funds to the card, but it never credited the card account. Support has never been able to sort the issue out, even though the funds were transferred out of my wallet. The second major issue is that I cant switch to different crypto's and cannot transfer any of my available funds out (by bank or wallet). My funds have effectively been stolen by Choice.com I note that they still accept transfers into the account. Very dishonest. I have logged my issue with support on several occasions with no success.

Every single staff member I came across were extremely helpful, chatty and very smiley - it was a pleasure shopping in store today and felt it important to acknowledge the team on duty today

A wonderful store (s) . They go above and beyond to do all to ensure the highest standard of customer service to customers. Kudos to those who are involved in training staff.
A big thank you to Colleen at Choice in Naas and to Chloe at Choice in Clane. I rang Colleen last week looking for an outdoor rug which was out of stock. However she did all to try and find the rug and connected me with Chloe in Clane who was equally as customer centric, and found me the rug. The lovely manner of both ladies was like a breath of fresh air. In addition when I collected the rug from Choice in Clane last Friday, I was astounded by the friendliness and helpfulness of the lady at checkout.
Well done to all and thanks for the wonderful shopping experience.

I was speaking to a very knowledgeable gentleman called Eldin at Octopus Energy over the phone. He certainly put the other numerous customer service advisors I spoke to in his shade.

It was hard to decide what they ordered, the range of the store is huge!
After a wonderful and sweet kitties portwele to the beautiful dresses on the ground. There you can find things and how older to younger, a lot of wonderful clothes and accessories! The whole order went quickly and successfully thanks to a nice service Choies.

On the parcel I am not waiting long.
She came to me in idelanym condition, the clothes were neatly packed in plastic zippers, the necklace was in a small envelope that has been carefully protected and keep him from breaking.
The quality stuff is good, they are the same as in the picture. Prices are low and wonderful things.
I really like the store choiece because of the accuracy of what they put in any order and for help in case of any problems with the order.

A big plus is also that we track with our order at the store!
I recommend this shop to anyone who wants to buy cheap and super stuff! :)
