yet again these jokers refunded my order blaming a website error.if they can’t fulfil orders then they shouldn’t be trading.if you order from these be prepared for a baloney excuse and your funds refunded:

Saw this website advertised on fb, I decoded to try one of the mystery box, I received 7 dairy milk big bars, 2 dairy milk oreo, bag of wine gums, 5 curly wurlys,3 Toblerone, 3 twirl orange, 3 dairy milk, 3 bournville and 3 wispa gold hazelnut. All the bare were full size, not snack sized. Majority of the bars were in date or had just gone out of date. All tasted great! All for only £10!!

Delivery was delayed due to the weather, but wasn't an issue and was kept informed of dispatch.

Postage is quite expensive at £4.99, but when u think of how much all that chocolate would've cost,Deffo getting a bargain! I just wish the mystery boxes were back in stock

This will be the 1 and only review I will be leaving.just seen a lot of negative reviews and I get why.i placed an order for a large quantity of chocolate that was in stock.they now cancel my order and refund me saying it wasn’t in stock.i don’t believe a word chocolatevault says.if the stock isn’t available you can’t order.so either thyve given my order to 1 or multiple customers.or to another wholesaler.in any case 1 star from me.I’m getting sick of placing orders and companies cancelling.at this rate there trustpilot rating will be zero.

Do Not Use this company. Order placed 30 July 2022. Item not delivered so contacted them today 05 August 2022 as the party I ordered the sweets for is this weekend. Requested refund and just received a very curt and blunt email saying “sorry, can’t refund as item has been dispatched “ ( which it obviously hasn’t). Appalling service

Excellent value for money. Great communication with delayed delivery due to recent extreme heatwave which I thought was fantastic customer service as no doubt the chocolate would have been ruined if sent out then. Nothing wrong with the chocolate being past best before date - you wouldn’t know any difference! Already placed another order to share with family! £4.99 delivery is a bargain when you consider the weight of chocolate and fuel costs for deliveries. Ignore the negative reviews - if you love chocolate you will not be disappointed 👍

First time i ordered i received my chocolate promptly second time no sign of it at allCouple of days later now we have exchanged a couple of emails between myself and chocolate vault .They said they are holding onto my order as they dint want it damaged in this heat At that moment i checked and on their website it said no 45g bournville available.I mentioned this and that also id just ordered from another company and this weather wasnt affecting their deliveries.A guy named henryanswering my emails then said no problem theyd refund my money within 5 working days so if i dont get it ill mention it on my next review

I ordered the 2kg mystery box and it has just arrived. It includes a selection of plain chocolate, roses, oreos, flavoured chocolate and other items.

The postage is 4.99 for standard delivery.

The pros.

The chocolate is all name branded and whilst yes out of “best before” is all perfectly edible and still tastes great.

The cons

I realise it’s a mystery box, but I personally wouldn’t put biscuits in a chocolate box. The box included Oreo’s and Spanish style chocolate biscuits. Oreo’s are not chocolate and to be honest it felt like they were there to just get the weight up.

The postage is expensive, however the product is good so justified. However I received notification that the item had been posted on Monday but it definitely seems like it’s artificially held back to meet the 4 working day turnaround.

Overall very happy with the service and goods provided. Postage costs are the only thing that’s an issue and surely bill orders should be able to allow for reduced postage costs.

Order arrived within a week. No issues at any stage of the process.
I ordered a mystery box and when looking through it I can’t see anything ‘wrong’ with most of the chocolates. A lot of what I have received is well in date and isn’t broken.

Great value. Half my order was missing when delivered but a quick email to customer service and it was sent out within minutes and arrived a day later. Accidents happen. 100% will order from again!

Third time ordering..fantastic chocolate deals, prompt shipping by royal mail which can be tracked. Can't fault this company.Just look out for special deals if you don't mind the chocolate a few months past the sell by date, but tastes absolutely fine it's only chocolate!

100% scam company and the only positive review is a fake one (probably by them)

AVOID!!! This company takes your money, holds your money for two weeks fobbing you off with "tech issues", no contact number and is very slow to get back to you via email. These are a scam company, save the trouble and avoid at all costs!

Ordered on the 6th, 48 hour delivery. Not turned and no tracking number. Avoid this company

ordered on 4/10 for 48 tracked delivery. 5 days later and nothing has arrived, not even a dispatch note or apology for delay.
Luckily I paid with paypal, who have offered an immediate refund when i opened a case.

*Update*
More emails promising next day delivery of parcels that never arrive. This is probably the worst company I have ever dealt with online

Be careful ordered Friday for next day delivery it’s now Tuesday and have had no despatch email or anything
Lucky I paid with PayPal so have let them know so should get my money back
