This company is clearly fraudulent. I made an order for shoes 2/17/2020 and as of today (5/16/2020) I still don't have my order. I have also tried several times to get this company to let me know what is going on with my order only to have them completely give me the run around. For the past month, I have continuously requested a refund from this company and they have yet to even acknowledge my request let alone refund me back.
FRAUDULENT "COMPANY" DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!
One star IS too many as another reviewer wrote. This alleged company is a complete fraud. They made me pay through PayPal, which seemed odd at the time but now I know why. I placed my order in February and still had not gotten it on May 5th. I sent them several emails only to get weird, vague replies with fake tracking and shipping information. Eventually my emails weren't returned. I began the claim filing process with PayPal which was a nightmare. They REALLY need to improve on their customer service communication accessibility. If you are unfortunate enough to order from Chloe then get scammed, and you WILL get scammed, be prepared for a nightmare experience trying to file your claim with PayPal. But hopefully you'll read my and all the other reviews before you give away your money for nothing in return.
Okay, so then what these criminal scumbags did with me is, after they'd been noticed that I was after them, filing a claim and reporting them to the better business bureau, writing whistleblower reviews, etc, LO AND BEHOLD I get 4 pieces of total crap garments delivered yesterday. They obviously panicked and had some tweaked out hack come up with 4 horrible shirts hoping to appease me. They were seen so horribly, completely unwearable, hideous laughable fabric, ugly, cheap total crap. They included a little note pleading I don't post anything negative about them. They must be joking! They're a "business" of stealing people's money. They're pathetic, disgusting, horrible people. I lost my job because of the pandemic and basically only have my old work uniforms to wear. I won't rest till this "company" gets prosecuted. I am a certified paralegal and know many lawyers, judges and law enforcement. These people need to pay for their criminal and shameful acts.
Please don't order from them, and tell everybody you know that they're fraudulent robbers.
Complete scam
One star is too much! Complete scam. They never ship your order and then when a claim is filed, they provide, what my post office referred to as, a “recycled” tracking number so that it appears to have been delivered or en route. This makes it difficult to get the company (PayPal) to refund your money because (1) they don’t actually do any research and (2) once seller responds with bogus tracking number, there is no way to add additional info to dispute the delivery and a nightmare to reach anyone there.
Be aware too, my post office also said another scam is to ship a very small, worthless item so that delivery shows valid, but it was not even close to what was ordered. That again, is difficult to dispute because you are relying on the people on the other end to do their due diligence.
This place is a sham

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ! I ordered a pair of shoes back on Dec 31, 2019. I still have not received my shoes. I have emailed and gotten replies but it’s all nonsense. I have asked repeatedly for a refund and the lady, ‘Coko’ just keeps stringing me along like I’m dumb. I do not suggest them for numerous reasons but this tops it- no more replies or refund yet. It’s been weeks. No order should ever take this long let alone nothing to be done about it.
Bad quality and even worse service
I bought a see by Chloé bag 6 years ago for a lot of money and a week ago the handle just broke off. I took the bag to a bag doctor who said the bag was poorly made and the handle held all the weight of the bag with tiny screws, wich have broken in half and couldn't be fixed. I e-mailed Chloé for help. I know I don't have a warranty anymore and I am willing to pay for repairs, but they don't even respond to my e-mails. To me this bag was very expensive and should have lasted longer than it did with normal use. I am even more dissapointed with the lack of response and service from Chloé. They could have sent me new screws or whatever, but I got nothing...You're better off saving some extra money for Chanel where you actualy get quality and service.
I purchased the chloe drew bag
I purchased the chloe drew bag, which is in perfect condition, other than the metal is literally falling apart and rusting and turned silver when it should be gold. Chloe customer service refused to help and advised I need to pay to get in fixed, although the issue is with the metal tarnishing, not wear and tear of the item. I asked for a supervisor to email or call me, where I was promised someone would and they never did. I have followed up numerous times and my emails and calls have gone unanswered. I will never purchase anything from them ever again.
Unbelievable
Unbelievable, I bought Chloé booties, the zipper keeps sliding down within a minute, I stepped on it, and the zipper broke. But sadly customer service can‘t do anything about it, fix it or anything... i didn’t even ask them to do it for free, I just wanted to wear my booties again. That’s not luxury service... with any other brand I had much better experiences. I‘ll never buy from there again...

I've been talking with Chloe for almost 6 months to get a strap fixed on my bag and my repair still hasn't been completed. They sent the wrong strap to me, and then sent the wrong strap to the NYC office. Never once have they followed up with me. I only get updates when I follow up with them. Ridiculously expensive bag to not be able to get it fixed correctly and timely.
Low quality product and the worst…
Low quality product and the worst customer service! I purchased a Chloe bag two years ago and only used it about 5 times and with great care. A pin came loose and the bag essentially is no longer usable. I was told by Chloe's customer service team that I should return the bag to the retailer I bought it from, which was in Germany. The retailer then sent the bag to Chloe's repair centre and at this point I was told that I would need to pay for the repair of the bag. At no point prior to this was in informed of this. If I had, I would definitely not have gone through the trouble of sending it to the retailer and would just have had the bag fixed locally at a fraction of the cost. At the moment I still don't have the bag and Chloe has basically told me it is not their problem and down to the retailer. This is not the kind of customers service you would expect from a so called big brand. I have a Ralph Lauren bag which was 70% cheaper than the Chloe bag and is still in perfect condition after excessive use over a 5 year period. I will definitely be more selective when choosing a quality brand.
Online store experience
I couldn't find much info about the online shopping experience before I ordered so I though I would say a few things. I purchased a Mini Faye on sale. The delivery was good, not super quick but in the time frame, and I didn't need to contact the customer services. The bag was packaged in it's dust bag and tissue paper in a branded Chloé box (So that would be ideal if you where looking to buy a gift), this was then packaged securely in a discreet cardboard box. The bag was in great condition and as described online. I would order from here again!

For sure they don't deserve their name. The cap of their parfum is damaged by itself in short time due to low quality of the material. Their customer service decided it is a cosmetic issue, nothing with quality!!!! Do not spend your money for their brand if you do not want to spend your time with useless customer service!

Shocking experience with Chloe. NOT a luxury brand and they have no idea how to treat customers.
I had wanted a Chloe handbag for years, and treated myself to a £1350 Marci bag.
I used it - just going out for lunch - a couple of times, never even letting it sit on the floor. But bits of leather just started falling off the back of it.
Chloe Customer Service just said immediately they couldn't help. After insisting they have a leather expert look at it they just said I must have "mistreated" it. I couldn't have been more careful with it.
I wrote to their legal department. they just ignored me.
This really is a terrible brand. I will be suing them and NEVER buying another Chloe product again.
Sonnie sneakers SS19 500 euro shoes that break in 3 weeks
Purchased a pair of white sonnie sneakers in the first week of December 2018. I wore it for three weeks in South-Africa where the 27 degree weather was suitable for spring-summer sneakers.
However, the leather cracked on multiple parts of the shoes and when i tried cleaning them with a wet tissue the calf leather basicly came off. After millions of emails to customer service (who sometimes claimed I dont have a warranty altough the original warranty was sent with the shoes and the Eguarantee was attached multiple times to the emails) the shoes were sent to Maison Chloé Atelier in France just to receive an email back from them that the product is not faulty and its "general wear&tear". And that is it. They are unable to fix it and they think the problem is solved. Afterwards I emailed customer service who just decided to not answer me and act like I dont exist! Many emails of mine were never even answered! Then UPS was not given my proper adress so the shoes never got returned they were shipped back to France and since then not a word from them? This was over a week ago.
What am I supposed to do? Should i just throw them in the bin now because they find it normal that their product does not even last through the guarantee period and they refuse to fix it or give me a new pair? Am i the only one who thinks this is unacceptable?

Do not buy the Susanna Chloé boots. I bought and they lasted 3 weeks before falling apart. The response from Chloé is they are fine just ‘fragile’!!! Not only can you buy cheaper boots of better quality at any highstreet you’ll also get better customer service. Disgraceful
Purchased a necklace as a gift online
Purchased a necklace as a gift online. It states 3 to 6 days delivery. Waited 7 days and nothing. Emailed them and they said it is coming from Italian warehouse (lie). Finally got a call from Hong Kong to say "no necklace". Terrible customer service. How can it be available to buy online, charge your card but you don't have it. I have lost money for currency conversion and bank charges and have missed the birthday. Nothing from Chloe other then order cancelled. Definitely not a luxury brand and will not be buying from their official website again.

Wow for a luxury brand I would expect good customer service but have only received almost no service. I received a new defective bag and sent in all the pics in 2 emails( I missed something the first time) for repair and have heard nothing. No followup from them at all!!
I talked on the phone with a representative about the status of my repair and she said she would get back to me the next day. Over a month later no getting back to me. I will return this one, It was the last one at my retailer! and never consider a Chloe bag again!!
The Worst Customer Service I've Ever Witnessed
Their customer service is an absolute disgrace. I've written them for the first time in May 2016 about my Faye Bag. The handle of the bag broke and I sent them pictures and info, requesting info on repair. They've been sending me "we will get back to you emails" and "sorry no one got in touch" since then and it is now November 2017! I've written to them numerous times but no one seems to care. I've never seen such disorganisation and lack of responsibility.
Do not purchase from them. They are hardly a 'luxury' brand and if something happens to your items, you will never hear from them.
