Service provider says London but I received a package from China with a poor-quality dress that I did not order, Seller is not responding, website is not working.

This company is fraud ! They are falsely advertising and sending crap dresses . Afterwards they block you so can't level get on their website
I paid good money $70 for the white calls shell dress and they delivered ridiculous white cloth polyester fabric with circle patches attached .

Lucky to even rate it a 1. Product is rubbish!!

Rubbish, never again

Absolute rubbish that they are selling. My dress arrived today and looks nothing like the advertised Zara lace dress. No lace at all except a screen print on a tent like fabric. Not the material that they advertised. Very disappointing .

Another sucker - lured in by the appearance of being a Brisbane shop. Nothing of the sort. My shoes were advertised as 'orthopaedic' but were nothing of the sort. Offered a 15% refund. Insulting.

Customer service was unhelpful and took ages to reply. They expected me to pay exorbitant return costs, more than the item cost itself! Do not buy from this company; their quality is abysmal and their service is awful."

I ordered and paid for a garment that was advertised as linen. I received a cheap, polyester garment that was absolute crap and nothing like the garment advertised. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

This company is a scam - not a mother and daughter in Sydney - buyer beware

What a scam...I thought I was supporting an Australian Mother and daughter company, and though there items were a bit expensive for me, I thought I would give them a go..
The are nothing but scammers and there clothing are absolutely rubbish..I could have gotten the cloths cheaper from Temu or Shein, as I soon found out that they sell the same stuff, only much cheaper.
Never again will I be fooled by this so called Chloe and Sienna

The item advertised looked well made but what I received was a cheap interpretation. I had great difficulty trying to get a refund but because I purchased through PayPal was able to prove my case and received a full refund.

I should have read reviews before I ordered… total rubbish! Not from Australia- tiny sizes and appalling quality. Soo disappointed, I had to at least try to warn others!

Received a dress - looks nothing like what i ordered & I am not getting the support i need for refund.

Absolute rubbish- the shirt arrived 3weeks after order- it is polyester, like a tent, with gaudy colours. It will be going in bin. DO NOT ORDER FROM CHLOE AND SIENNA!!!

Scam!!! I would strongly caution anyone from purchasing from Chloe & Sienna. Claim to be from Melbourne, but they drop ship incorrect items from China.

I ordered two dresses that looked beautiful online, but what I received was completely different — poor quality, wrong colours, and nothing like the product photos advertised. One dress was shown as a fitted, ruffled brown style with buttons and texture; instead, I received a plain black dress with thin straps, no buttons, and no split. The white dress I received was also a completely different cut and material to what was pictured.

When I contacted customer service and provided clear side-by-side photos, they repeatedly denied that the items were incorrect and refused to honour their own Returns & Refunds Policy, which clearly states that they cover the cost of return shipping if an incorrect or misrepresented item is sent.

Instead, they tried to claim the dresses were “slightly different” and insisted that I pay for return postage myself.

This experience has been extremely disappointing and feels misleading. The company refuses to take accountability for sending the wrong items or for what appears to be false advertising.

I would never recommend shopping with Chloe & Sienna — the products are not as pictured, and the customer service is unhelpful and dismissive.

I am not the only one, so many others, check out Facebook scam reviews.

I do not recommend purchasing from this company. Despite claiming to be based in Melbourne, they appear to operate from China. The clothing I received was made from cheap polyester and did not match the advertised quality or images. I have reported this company to my bank for misleading and potentially scam-like behaviour. You will not get a full refund!

Sadly like so many others customers I too have had a terrible experience. The dresses were not what was advertised. The webpage is still operating. I will certainly be a more careful buyer in the future.

Absolutely worst . Don’t waste your money . Cheap . Postage took over 2 months ,only to received a very cheap Temu style blouse .
