Steve from Chiswick Computers searched and found the best new laptop for me and spent the most of the day in getting me set up and holding my hand as I have almost no knowledge with regard to understanding this technology, I just want to be able to click buttons and get what I want. Steve patiently took me through this process.

In this latest occasion, I had a problem with my printer and I very much appreciated the engineer's prompt home visit. Steven solved the problem there and then and was informative on other issues I enquired about. For me, the idea of repairing or refurbishing a computer goes hand in hand with trying to avoid creating wastage. It's part of being green.

Steve set up my new laptop and got me up and running, having transferred all my photos, data and apps from the old one. I have used Chiswick Computers for over 10 years and can't recommend Steve and his team highly enough. Also, he took the old laptop to secure wipe the hard drive for recycling.

I used Chiswick Computers previously to replace the logic board of my iMac and the computer has run fine since; until recently!
A quick call and conversation diagnosed my issue and what steps would be necessary to fix it.
However, the advice I was also given is that it wouldn’t be worth it - whilst the computer would have a new lease of life, it’d still be “old” and unable to run latest OS or apps.
A refreshing honesty - they could’ve taken the business but preferred to give good advice.
