Literally one of the best experiences iv had buying anything online. There customer service is impeccable an the product is truly amazing an fits absolutely perfectly. Mounting Screws
The products I’ve received from ChinMounts always works and fits perfectly with 3 of the helmets I’ve ordered for. There could be one improvement and that is changing the mount fasteners to Allen bolts that become seem-less with the mounting area and threads. The current screw on fasteners are too bulky and at times run into my shoulder when turning my head to look over my shoulder at my blind spot

I ordered two chin mounts during the Black Friday deal, and each one was supposed to include an Action Pack. I received two chin mounts but only one Action Pack.
I emailed customer service and they offered a solution, but it wasn’t the right one for my situation. After I replied, they immediately fixed it — and the missing Action Pack was shipped right away at no extra cost.
Fast response, great service, and they really made it right.

I purchased the Visepro Clamp mount in hopes that it would grip appropriately and give me more mounting points on my Ducati Panigale 959. It has exceeded my expectations. I use the insta 360 x3 and have tried multiple ways to mount my camera and all have left me disappointed. It is easy to use and move making it versatile, sturdy and strong. Going the extra mile
I ordered a few things which were decently priced and shipped quick. I tracked the order and when it said delivered, what I received was not my order. This was no fault of Chin Mounts, rather a shipping issue with the wrong label being attached during transition between courier companies.
Courier companies are as helpful as courier companies usually are, and I had all but accepted the fact I'd lost several hundred dollars worth of equipment. I reached out to Chin Mounts support who went out of their way to assist.
Not that I've had this particular issue before in general, but it's the 1st time a vendor has ever bothered to reply let alone help when the unforeseen happens. Bonus points for the fact as mentioned - this was of no fault of their own.
