I placed an order some time ago and became concerned because the tracking number never showed any updates. I contacted the company to ask if something was wrong, as it seemed like the package might be lost. At that time, they told me everything was fine and that I should continue waiting.

After almost a month with no updates, I was finally informed that the package was lost. I believe this is something that should be communicated much sooner, as customers waste time waiting for something that will never arrive.

They offered to send a replacement package, but when I asked if there were other options, such as a refund, I never received a response. I would have appreciated clearer and faster communication, especially after such a long delay.

Overall, I think the company could improve its customer service and provide better updates when issues occur with shipments.

All items (4batteries) arrived well packed and in perfect conditions. Price - Quality of these batteries are very good. I have now already 6 Lipo batteries from CNHL and I am very satisfied with them. Low resistance and reliable power, as well over time. Any time again, thank you.

I have been replacing my existing Lipo stocks with CNHL 4S 6S and 8s packs over the past few years as they deliver unfaltering power in my demanding EDF models ..hovering the FMS 8s VT Avanti is testament to the power under immense load and the reason I use them almost exclusively in addition to their value, particularly if you opt to buy when the offers suit your needs as they often do..
I have recommended them to all my flying friends who fly high current greedy electron burning models and those that have tried the 90c racing packs notice the upgrade and go back for more..

Am a cnhl fanboy. Own at least 20 g+ and racing 4-8s. I've been pleased with the ohms throughout their life and the punch is great. Really can't ask for a better lipo in this category. The couple dollars more you might pay vs Amazon you get in less ohms with 10 fold the life. Don't listen to any haters. Haters gonna hate.

As far as CS goes they're paying attention to the community and do a great job resolving any issues. In this instance I posted a review over a pricing issue that I really shouldn't have. It was kinda a jerk move to put it trust pilot friendly. Someone from cnhl contacted me the next day to address the issue. Again it was a crap move on my part yet they took the high road. If a business wants longevity that road is crucial. Thanks folks
