Not only did they sell me a team…

Not only did they sell me a team contract (I'm a solo agent), they refused to refund me the difference when it was discovered. The system is lacking and the sales people oversell the abilities. I was paying $400 a month and told "well, it doesn't quite work that way, try this work around." For $400 a month, I'm not building out a workaround on a website. They lock you into a contract and you're stuck. $1147 paid today to get out of them, after a month of run around on why I couldn't get a refund on what I was overcharged. They won't give you the email address to the person handling your account. He calls at 9 pm on a SATURDAY to discuss. Then again at 7 pm on a Monday. You have no way to contact them. Then they acknowledge the issue but "I can't do anything about it." I finally gave up. I'll take it up with my credit card.

SAME OLD SAME OLD

A long time ago, I opened up an account with chime...my retirement was sent but rejected because my name didnt match. Of course, spanish challenged people dont understand the names are the same in english and spanish.
So, I didnt take the card.
Today I tried to sign up agian, considering they are improving, but I got a message that reads....
"chime
We're sorry!
Unfortunately, based on the information provided, we were unable to open a Chime Checking Account and Credit Builder for you at this time. Due to security reasons, our Member Services team is unable to provide you with any further information"
This time I ended up putting the name on my SS Card so there would no confusion. This speaks to the countless of other victims who are not allowed to get this card if you are on retirement or social security because they are not the wanted demographic. Why else would they ask how much you make and what sort of work you do. Discrimination in finance, OF COURSE!
Or they are still sore about Federal Trade Commission report I filed and have been black listed.
Just wanted to see if it was business as usual....IT IS! Now remember they said no recourse!

I signed up for this crm in January…

I signed up for this crm in January 2024. I have been asigned four diferent people and still have gotten no where. I have called, emailed and text. Still no call back. This program litteraly sucks as it provides not support. I was told also that it would be a month to month contract and able to canel at any time with a thirty day notice. They assured me it would sink with Zillow an which it does not. If it did I would not be making a complaint.
This is such a bad site I do not recommend any one to use especially in the real estate world. Once they get your money there done with support. I just say buyer beware.

Professional Agents DO NOT waste your time!

The following will also be posted on NPG ( National Prospectors Group ) and go to all MFO agents worldwide. Unacceptable Onboarding Experience and Poor Customer Service with Chime now called Lofty CRM. I recently attempted to use Lofty's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platform to manage my customer database. However, my experience with the company has been nothing short of unacceptable.
I signed up for Lofty's services on April 19th, eager to start. Shockingly, the onboarding team took 30 days to connect my MLS, only doing so after I expressed my extreme frustration and intention to cancel on May 20th.
Throughout the process, communication was severely lacking. I provided two CSV files to assist with the setup, but only one was uploaded after a two-week delay, while the other was never processed. Disappointed with the lack of progress and responsiveness, I was abruptly assigned a new onboarding representative without any explanation.
Despite the abysmal onboarding experience and the fact that Lofty never properly set up the platform for me to use, the company still had the audacity to charge me $600 for June, citing their cancellation policy. When I contested this charge, arguing that I should not be paying for services that were never rendered, a representative made an irrelevant comparison to car payments and insurance during the COVID-19 pandemic, suggesting that we still had to pay even though we couldn't drive during lockdowns. This comparison was not only tone-deaf but also failed to address the core issue of being charged for services that were never provided.
In conclusion, my experience with Lofty's CRM has been nothing short of a nightmare. The company's failure to provide the services I signed up for in a timely manner, coupled with their dismissive attitude and refusal to address my valid concerns, has left me deeply disappointed and more than anything just wasted a ton of time that of course we will never get back. What a costly mistake. I strongly advise against using Lofty for anyone seeking a reliable and customer-centric CRM solution.

I gave them chime acts like saying it's wrong doesn't matter two stars

I gave them two stars, cause they had always been good to me, but now that I know that they will either straight up lie, so either hope ur not reading or to save the company from doing stuff they shouldn't She says "I am sorry this should not happen I will make sure to get this taken care of for you.". Then does nothing and never admitted she would take care of it or anything to fix it. Just same old thing over and over and ends chat without doing anything.

PLEASE LOOK! Are you siing the right "Chime"

PLEASE LOOK!
The chime.me that is associated with these other reviews are not for chime.com.
chime.me is now called Lofty and there are no similarities between the two companies.
chime.com is an outstanding online banking app
chime.me is not. I don't know what they do.
GET THE RIGHT CHIME (chime.com) and I'm sure you'll be pleased.
