I recently had my front door and back windows fitted by Atom, and I’m really happy with the results. The installation is excellent, and the whole process was handled smoothly from start to finish. The team was responsive, friendly, and professional, and the fitters did a great job with the installation. Highly recommend!

From the initial consultation with Aftab, I was at ease in his approach, his manner and his genuine honesty. I had 3 or 4 quotes, this wasn't the cheapest (or most expensive) but I was assured by the 'no pressure / no gimmick' approach. Windows ordered (rear of property, so 6 windows and a bi-fold door). Give a lead time of 4 to 6 weeks, but just after 4 weeks, was advised window would be ready and agreed an installation date. Fitters (Alex and his apprentice) turned up and worked efficiently, very tidy and to a high standard. Fitted 4 windows on day 1 (3 upstairs window and 1 downstairs). Day 2 fitted the bi fold door and other windows. There were some issues (cracked glass on one bi-fold pane and incorrect windows supplied for 2 of the windows) BUT down to the suppliers rather than Chiltern. Handled with care, efficiently, left the house secure and returned, as promised and rectified the issues. So I know issues can arise but it is how they are dealt with and the speed of these that reassured me and why I have given the rating of 5 stars. I would definitely recommend and will use again in the future. They also do garage doors, soffits / guttering etc, which is the next planned works and will get Chiltern in to quote.

Service is very efficient and workers are friendly and polite. Have been very thorough, When job was done made sure we were satisfied with the work before leaving.

This company is very professional and thorough. Their technicians' skill set is second to none. I am extremely impressed with my doors and windows. I should add that amounts to every door and window...a total of 17 units have been replaced in my 4 bedroomed house, and with a very competitive price.

They did a good job. There was a slight concern about the measurements but Haris solved it smoothly

Seen some fellas fiting windows and doors on a full house in Wolverhampton. Looked a really neat job. I develop houses and know the difference between rough work and excellent work. They came around to quote the next day and gave a price that day which was reasonable. Harris said he could fit with in two weeks. He kept to his word and windows and a back door was fitted about 2 and a half weeks later. Honestly I live 2 hours away and needed someone I could trust and I have to say I was very pleased with the quality of the finish. We have old render around the frames and not one crumb was damaged. Excellent work ! Thanks 10/10

Had a small issue with one of my front door side panels. Atom was great at replying to my emails rapidly & made sure the warranty department were made aware. Next thing I knew a replacement was delivered- again rapidly and this was much appreciated. Excellent service!!

Nightmare to get hold of, had windows and doors fitted, had been called out once allready and hasn’t even been a year yet because of door problems which was hassle at first, but finally got there. Have the same problem with my door, impossible to get hold and never get called back even after texting, never answers there work land line. Would never recommend this company. It’s come to a point where my self and my partner have to take this further.

I cannot recommend Chiltern Doors enough. We started our conversations with Lui ahead of a full house renovation and extension in October. A number of visits later we decided on windows, doors and a lantern. Lui always had the time for us to chat and pick his brains about the best product. After eventually deciding on our style, we placed the order and were in touch when openings were ready to be measured. Despite some size and design changes our end, Lui was accommodating and fitters made a couple of visits to make sure everything was correct. He went above and beyond to make sure we designed a front door which we absolutely loved, going back and forth with materials, styles and sizes. As well as the front door, the style of all our other doors in the house was so important to him, and he was amazing helping us decide on the look/practicality of each door! Due to the size of our order, doors windows and lantern came at different times, again Lui and the team made three separate visits to make sure everything was fitted at the earliest opportunity. The doors, windows and lantern are all of a top quality and we couldn’t be happier. All for a very competitive price too, beating nearest quote by £5k. Overall, we are extremely happy and absolutely obsessed with all the doors and windows. We cannot thank Lui enough for helping us create our forever home!

Outstanding service from start to finish! Angie was super friendly and helpful, booking me in for a survey. Luis followed up, came out on a Sunday to take measurements, and on Monday he quickly found a stock composite front door that fit my needs - saving me from a long wait.

By Tuesday, Gargan and Indar installed the door with top-quality workmanship, even reinstalling my Ring doorbell, which saved me a job! A few weeks later, they returned to fit the rear door, again doing a cracking job.

Angie kept me updated throughout, making the whole process seamless. Fast, professional, and reliable - this is the company to use! Plus, their referral scheme is a bonus. Highly recommend!

We have drove past their bright orange sign many times. Popped in as our door lets in lots of draught. Was taken back to how nice their showroom was. Very smart, the lovely lady at the front desk was very helpful and gave us both a J20. Ended up speaking to a sales person who was very knowledgeable. Purchased an Agate grey front door, it was installed last week. Very impressed with the entire process from the J20 to their neat and tidy finish! 5 Stars from me

Just finished with the last of replacing all my doors with chiltern doors, very good service I’m pretty sure everything I needed was always in stock & fitted same week.

Avoid!! Abysmal customer service!

Got a quote for a door 25 Oct, sales team didn't tell me it was only good until end of month when a promotion ends. Not ideal, but ok I guess passing on a cost from supplier + £150. When I did order, I was told lead time was 4-6 weeks. I had a quote for £200 cheaper elsewhere, but Chiltern assured me it would be in before Xmas 7 weeks away. So I agreed and placed the order.

Then no communication at all, I messaged on 16 December asking for update, just an excuse that fitters were back to back. Xmas comes and goes, we get to 13 January and I message again - now the excuses start. Sales guy was sick, that's the fitting team, we're the sales team,.. No apology whatsoever. Door installed 17 January nearly a month late. Then when I complain about the customer service, suggesting they should at least match the price I was quoted elsewhere, the excuses started.. They'd only promised to 'try' for xmas, the whole industry shuts down over xmas.. for 4 whole weeks apparently, Chiltern were open but only a skeleton staff - how much annual leave do their employees get? An example of the bizarre excuses made by email:
"Paul and Heidi were very attentive and come back and fourth to help you with discounts etc"
"We did call call and remind you of this as we knew it was coming to an end, This was to try and keep that discount for you."
I sent back a screen shot of my call log proving I'd never been called even once.

Eventually I did get a call from Lui, who still refused to offer any sort of apology or goodwill gesture, accused me of making up the above facts to swindle him out of money, became irate and said I had to pay immediately or they were sending a team to extract the door and taking me to court for the costs. He then started a court claim against me immediately, only 24 hours after I received their invoice!

Save yourself the stress for when something goes wrong - order elsewhere!

I recently ordered a aluminium door for my house. I had seen the car with sign writing at the school. I contacted these guys and came to the showroom. Very happy with the installation of my new door. These guys were so helpful with the payment method and quality. I will recommend all of my friends and family as they love my new door. I have so many compliments.
