Product Issues

I originally had some issues with the products I received, and the quality of them. I was missing a case, and one of the items was covered in oil or grease. Customer support helped rectify the issues by partially refunding me and letting me keep the items. While the experience I had before that and with the items was not good, the customer service made up for that at least.

Don’t buy from this joke outfit

Don’t buy from this joke outfit. They will happily take your money and send emails stating items dispatched, including fake tracking number when in reality - the item is not even in stock. Eventually refunded me but only after I pushed and reported to my bank. Later offered to send me what I ordered if I didn’t leave a negative review - then didn’t even bother to to that. Clown show
No you didn’t provide a refund immediately - I chased you a week afterwards. You then stated it was back in stock when it wasn’t.

As mentioned in our emails, you received a tracking number for your order, which included two other items — this is why the tracking was provided. The item that wasn’t dispatched was unfortunately out of stock, which was a genuine mistake on our part, and we’re really sorry for that.

We provided a full refund for this item as soon as we realised it was unavailable. We also offered to send it out once it’s back in stock as a goodwill gesture. At the moment, we haven’t restocked it yet, which is why it’s currently unavailable on our store.

Avoid

Avoid. Get the exact same product on Temu or AliExpress for five times less. It’s the same low-quality junk — they’re just reselling it at a ridiculous price.

However, they often differ in ways beneath the surface, such as magnetic strength, durability, and overall quality. We take pride in ensuring our products meet a higher standard.
