Amazing fit, warm and high quality. Only cons is that you have to put the harness over the coat.

Great follow up regarding my order. Recommendations made by customer service were very helpful in ordering the correct size coat for my female Weimaraner. Received shipment in a very timely manner. The coat is fabulous and fits perfectly. My Weimaraner loves it!

Beautifully made, warm coat for my Italian Greyhound. This breed is very hard to fit, but the long and lean 19 size, covers his whole body and neck. Shipping was extremely fast! Would recommend this company highly and would definitely buy from them again.

The coat fits our dog amazingly well. I wanted something that was long enough but also covered her underside. The coat we got does.

My experience with Chilly Dogs was great - from the first time I visited their website and started trying to measure my dog, to the final product that arrived and fit perfectly. I have a Whippet/Boarder Collie cross (shaped more like a whippet) and traditional store-bought coats just don't fit right. Although initially I thought the 'long and lean 23' was a bit too long, I quickly realized when she balls up or curls around to sleep (she likes to do this when we snowshoe, on a towel), the extra length in the back is perfect to protect her body temperature and keeps her dry.
Although this isn't necessarily within Chilly Dogs' control, it did take over 2 weeks to arrive (I live in Vancouver, BC) when shipped through Canada Post.

The coat is great. Plus, after placing my original order, the fitting and size advice from Lynda with Customer Support (unsolicited but welcomed and spot-on) was EXCELLENT. I don't expect I'll need to replace this coat, but I've already recommended Chilly Dogs to friends and coworkers.

Customer service was great to deal with and they answered all of my questions. The jackets arrived on time and fit my dogs very well. They look to be very durable and warm. I’m very happy with my purchase.

The customer service at Chilly Dogs is amazing. After ordering a new coat for my Vizsla, they were quick to recommend a better fit based on my measurements and they were spot on. The sturdy construction stays put and isn't likely to rip out on the trail.

Chilly Dogs was great! My rescue dog is from a warmer climate, and we have always had a hard time finding jackets for her to keep warm. She is an odd shaped dog, but the Chilly Dogs Alpine cost fits great! The customer service team even reached out to confirm a few measurements to ensure we had picked the right size. The product arrived sooner that expected, and I love it! I would definitely recommend to anyone that needs a high quality, great fitting coat.

I recently ordered another coat from Chilly Dogs, as we had a great experience before and this time I was especially excited for the Alpine Blazer in Hunter Orange. I have a German Shorthair and with temps dropping while we hunt this was a perfect choice. However, just after the first day.....I noticed the fleece in front is already looking like its shredding even without him busting through rough cover. I am so disappointed! I would have really liked to have seen the outside of the chest plate be made with the same material as the outer shell and lined with fleece to make it more durable. I unfortunately will now need to purchase something else to wear while we hunt that will not breakdown as this was my primary hope for this coat.

I recently bought a new sweater, just to have another one around since the first one I bought 6 years ago is still going strong. I have a coat too and it is 6 years old and in excellent condition. I love these products!

My sister in law purchased a coat from Chilly Dogs for her dog, and I saw the amazing ease and full coverage the jacket offered. Our sons dog had out grown her jacket so I looked on line and placed my order with Chilly Dogs. I thought I had ordered the right size with a bit of room in case she grew. I received an email, suggesting the size I had ordered would be much to big and they recommended a smaller size. I am soooo happy they reviewed the order and made this recommendation because it fits perfectly!! Love Love Love this jacket.

We're in the US, and the coat arrive in just two days after we placed our order, completely unexpected, swift delivery, just in time for snowy, stormy weather!

We own two Dachshunds and both of them are shaped very differently. Both a very long but one has very short legs and a bigger neck than the other. The measurements were accurate however the coast just didn't fit right. I contacted customer service and got immediate responses to several emails. They helped me resolve the issue without hassle and it didn't result in a just "here's a refund now go away". It was obvious that they knew what they talking about. One size down did the trick. The coat is great quality. THANK YOU!

Love the Chilly Dogs products. The video guide on how to take proper measurements is easy to follow. The ordering system is easy to follow and the product is delivered quickly. The quality in their coats is exceptional. I still have a raincoat that I purchased over 8 years ago that still looks like new. I love all the colour choices in all the different coat lines. My 2 Galgos look stylish in their raincoats, sweaters and Great White North winter coats.
