Non-existent customer service

Having tried one of the Senorita Cannabis-Infused Margaritas at a friend's house, I was intrigued to order some cans for myself. Made my order and waited. I'm still waiting. Almost a month later. I have emailed the company THREE times and no response. I have finally reached out to my bank to handle the dispute and now am taking my case to the internet. If you want a product delivered on time and with great communication from the company, DO NOT pick Chill! You will be very disappointed!

Scam company

Placed an order for some THC drinks on November 12th for $80. Saw that shipping label was almost immediately created. Here I am almost one month later and status has not changed. I have sent half dozen emails to them and not one has been acknowledged. Won't ever use this company again.

Ordered 3 weeks ago

Ordered 3 weeks ago, no delivery, no refund and now no response to emails. Just some poor initial reply about moving warehouses (even then that was over a week ago). Absolutely won't be using again and I will pursue the refund.

Update: a response that still leaves me less than chilled out….

I did receive a follow up from Chill customer service. However:
- I write as the former owner of a Ltd Co which won several major customer service awards. I am now in my 70s and those awards were 20-odd years ago. I recognise that times have changed. But if it walks, talks and feels like customer service then it IS customer service. My experience ISN’T. You can’t enact it so that it feels to the customer like AI. Robotic. Assumptive. Inadequate explanation. Etc.
- I was told in an email that my Order had been dispatched “ at the end of last week”. This would mean that it took 10 working days ( or 12 full days) to dispatch the order. Zero explanation as to why. This surely cannot be standard practice? I received a previous order within a few days.
- People are often using vapes as a means of quitting. I am. And I’ve got myself as far as zero nicotine. A vital stage. However, I don’t want to wait what will already be over 2 weeks to receive an order placed in good faith. I have had to hunt round for alternative vapes. Twice. And the email from Chill still gave me no real details such as, erm, delivery date.
- Chill: if you foul up ( and you clearly have) then:
- just fess up; saves time
- ensure that the remedy offered to the ( by now affected) client goes way beyond and above normal service standards. For example- a special delivery carried out urgently and with a guaranteed delivery date
- and make sure it sounds as if you actually care.

I placed an order on Chill.com 2 weeks…

I placed an order on Chill.com 2 weeks ago and the order was never delivered, I tried to reach out to customer service via email and there was no response, I even went as far as to try calling the company and no response again. I did not think this would be a fraudulent site but such has been the experience, for anyone looking to quit and to find nicotine free substitutes, you’d be better off trying another place.

I received incorrect items in my order…

I received incorrect items in my order 3 days ago. I have tried to contact the customer service team via email, social media and live chat and I can’t get hold of anyone. I am now out of pocket and can’t seem to get anyone’s attention. Truly disappointing experience as they don’t have anyone available to rectify their mistakes, as if sending out incorrect items wasn’t bad enough.
