Revisamos internamente tu caso y verificamos directamente con Transbank que no existe ningún pago registrado, autorizado ni capturado asociado a tu correo ni a la referencia indicada.
Debido a que no se concretó ningún cobro, no fue posible generar ni entregar ningún código digital.
Si en algún momento realizas un pago válido y confirmado por Transbank, la entrega de los códigos es automática e inmediata.
