I ordered late in the evening needing a premium delivery service. I incorrectly input an old email address which I no longer have access to. On contacting Child's Play clothing, they amended the details immediately. The delivery was received the following morning. Items were received in a lovely gift box - perfect as the items were a gift. Thanks!

Childsplay Clothing is a brilliant company. Very professional and their attention to detail is second to none.

We can also see that your return reached us at 10:34am on 11th August and the refund was processed within 24 hours. Our quoted timeframe for refunds is 3–5 working days, so we’re sorry if there was any confusion around this.
