Received one square and one round. Poor quality.

First off I selected the one star so I can write this review these people are scammers you will never get what ordered it's like they go out and find something to send to you and it's garbage you can't return it and you can't exchange I sent pictures of the products I received have not gotten a reply so you just loose your money no matter the cheap price the product the send is garbage don't order or you to will loose your money I am writing to the better buisiness bureau as well

Buyer Beware! I ordered a pair of shoes and they sent me shoes 2 sizes to small. The best they said they could do for me was to give me a 40% credit. I decided to take it and ordered the shoes I wanted. They then sent me the completely wrong pair of shoes. After multiple email communications they said the best they could do was 30% refund. Who wants 30% back for an order their company completely got wrong?

Absolutely horrible cheap shoes !!! Customer service is horrible . I wanted to return the shoes ..they said no …and they could return $18 of my $70 I spent and I could keep the shoes ?!?!? !!! The shoes do not fit …the site says return are excepted I read it before I purchased !!! They are liars and scammers ! They show other designers shoes in there pictures and send complete different shoes made all cheaply and horrible !!! Buyer beware !! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!

This is a scam site. I received the wrong sized pair of shoes. Refund and return options both denied. Same as other reviews a 10 then 20 then 30% discount offered on my next purchase. I have reported them to the appropriate Australian Authorities.as well as PayPal. I suggest others also report to PayPal so the can have the option of removing their service from this scam company.

Please do not order from here, SCAM! I ordered two pair of shoes, one being this one and another sparkle wedge shoe, size 10.5. They sent this shoe (Cheaply made, looks cheap). The second pair they sent a size 10 and a slide...not 10.5 sparkle wedge shoe, totally opposite type, color, and sized shoes. I emailed and they said sorry all we can do is offer you 10% back and you keep the other shoe! The shoe wasn't what I ordered, and the shoe is TOO SMALL. They will not make the order right! Scam, cheap products, take your money! PLEASE DON'T! Save your money! I spent almost $100 dollars here for nothing!!!!

I had ordered 3 polo t shirt of L size, but received very short size , instead of 40-42 inch chest size it is of only 38 size. In Company’s website under “ Return and Replacement” it is mentioned that it will “ replace the merchandise free of cost if it too short or too big. or defective.” wrote CS, but they asked for shipping charges, I referred them about above condition thus Company do not honor it’s own declaration. It miss guiding consumers. They Started to offer refund of 10%
then 20% , 30%. Also mentioned that postage charges are very high as they procure materials from Chin. These excuse is totally irrelevant for customer as customer are least concerned, from where Company gets it’s merchandise.
This a third rate Company which misguiding customers on F.B. and other media.

They sent the entirely wrong shoe. It was the wrong color and had no ankle or rear strap. There's no way to return it. I get no response from emailing the company.

I would absolutely give this company a zero if I could. The cute sandals advertised on line versus the ones I received are like day and night. First of all it took over 2 months to receive the sandals. Once I received them, I was appalled and totally disappointed to say the least. The sandals looked like they were made by a five year old child. Glue was everywhere!!! I reached out to their Customer Service department to share my experience and to request a full refund. Well, good luck with that because it did not happen to say the least. After several emails back and forth, they continued to offer me 10% then 20% then a 30% refund and I can keep the shoes. To add insult to injury they had the audacity to talk about ensuring their customers have a "great customer experience". Yea right!!! If they want their customers to have a great customer experience then they should stop SCAMMING folk and do everyone a favor and go out of business. Buyer please be AWARE and do not conduct business with these FRAUDS!!!

I'm so glad I read these reviews because something just didn't seem right and I keep getting these fake emails and ads on Facebook.

Total trash. Terrible service, refused to let me return.

The advertisement and the shoes are deceptive. The shoes are NOT sparkly. They look dull gray. There is no cushioning on the shoes. The shoes appearance are cheap. A waste of money. Chicsistar will not respond to my refund emails. I've emailed Chicsistar three times requesting refund information. No response. Poor customer service.

I purchased some rhinestone wedge sandals I saw advertised on Facebook and what I received looked nothing like the ad. As a matter of fact when looking at the ad again I noticed that the actual company name was displayed on the shoebox in the ad, which is in Europe. Of course the return is impossible. I ordered these shoes for a formal event but they are more suited for a casual event. Never again will I order from this company.

This was my first, and last, purchase from them. First, it took 7 whole weeks to receive the item. I knew it would take some time, I wasn't expecting Amazon time, but almost 2 months? Unacceptable.
When I emailed to ask when the shoes would arrive I was told ".... It has shipped, I guess you'll get it soon." Wait, what? You guess? Wrong answer. When I finally get the sandals, they are sticky as if the glue holding them together was melting, which is entirely possible in this heat. However, I've had them for a few days in my air conditioned house and they are still sticky. I ask how to return them, explaining that I ordered them for a specific event but since it took so long I purchased other shoes so I no longer need them. I get an email asking why I wanted to return them, which I had already explained in the original email. So I explain again. They come back basically telling me how expensive it is to return international purchases and that it would not be economical for either of us. Well, your return policy doesn't say we might not give your money back due to the cost of returning internationally, so, what! Long story short, I had to haggle with them to get a partial refund and I keep the shoes. They are such poor quality that I don't even know if I could resell them. They'll probably go to Goodwill or the Salvation Army. Maybe someone will be able to use them. They are cute, just poor quality and not worth the money I paid, even with the partial refund. Lesson learned...I'll stick to Shein.

Ordered shoes and paid extra for expedited delivery. A tracking number, using the worst system ever, was provided. No status change for weeks, when I emailed customer services I was told the order would be prepared for shipping. 2 weeks later no change and CS said it is being prepared and thanked me for my patience. 7 weeks later parcel arrives, wrong colour and size. No information contained for returning. Now CS not responding to requests for refund and return.

This company is advertising beautiful sandals when in reality they are old fashion sandals! The advertisement shows glistening rhinestones but you get dull, faded, low quality material sandals! I would not give these sandals to my grandmother! They refused to take their own product back! Offering only a 30%discount! No I want to return your product and want a full refunded! Buyers Beware!! Pay attention to the positive reviews! The bottom of the sandals provided does not match what's being advertised! This company is a SCAM!

I ordered these shoes and paid for express shipping, I received a fake tracking number and still did not receive the shoes. This is a scam don't order with them and some of the other company names they are under.

Ordered shoes on July 3rd, they sent me a tracking number to pacified me, but the tracking number is showing that Woodfield, IL USPS is waiting for the package. It's a SCAM! Please do not buy from this company. I'm sure they go by many different names. Current name: Chicsistar. I used Paypal and did the 4 pymts installment just for this situation and Paypal said they will refund my money...the Scam company has rec'd 2 pymts and last payment. Paypal let the 2nd pymt thru to them to give the Chicsistar-Scam company more time to do right by their customers.
