Horrible!!

Horrible!!!
I ordered two dresses for a 1065 dhs, when they were delivered I realized the quality is so poor from cheap fabric and made in China. The one dress is beyond too short I could never wear it out.
I ask them if they could exchange with another dress and refund me the difference which was 35 dhs.
They declined saying that you can only exchange size or get store credit.
That would mean either I would gift them the 35dhs or spend more to buy something with a horrible quality.
Ridiculous I want my money back I don’t like the quality of your clothes and I don’t want to spend anymore in this brand.

Regular Customer

I’m a regular customer and my experience with Chic Le Frique has always been smooth. Delivery is fast, and their response time for exchanges or returns is reliable and hassle-free. My last purchase was a velvet suit—beautiful quality, great fit, and it looks even better in person. Overall, a brand I trust and keep coming back to.

Beautiful experience

Beautiful experience. All dresses I ordered and receive it quickly like one day were amazing look, excellent quality, totally beautiful… so much effort on them. I am so happy with them , specially with so good price. I fall in love with this brand, you are amazing, thanks.
