Never ever order on this website! Takes more than 1 month to have your order!
You can’t get refunded, they asked for pictures of your body get dressed and even after sending that they still asked to send the measurements!
Hope will have my money back!

Order took several weeks to complete , very disappointed with dress nothing like item I ordered, so disappointed I didn’t even try on as material is cheap and nasty. Requested a refund they haven’t even had decency to reply

If I could give zero I would. Bought a dress and didn’t look anything like a bought. They will not even return my email to return. DO NOT BUY from them.

This is extremely cheap clothing from China. You can only return if you pay to ship the crap back to China. It's not at all like the photos....the material is cheap, the make is cheap, the cut is strange. Do not buy!!

Unfortunately I order a gown from this company. What I received is designed like their photo but the material and color was abysmvoucher. Material gives a bedsheets vibe. Just cheap! I contacted the commpany immediately to start the return process but they have not responded with their US warehouse address. They want to I offer a $25.00 vocher. Never again!

I want to share my terrible experience with Chiclody so no one else falls for their scam. I ordered two dresses, each costing £120, after seeing beautiful pictures on their website. After waiting 8 weeks, what I received was a complete joke—poorly stitched, horrible fabric, nothing like the pictures. It was a disaster and a real scam!

When I asked for a refund, they sent me a generic apology email and offered me a £40 voucher to buy more of their garbage-quality clothes instead of giving my money back. This is unacceptable!

I strongly urge everyone NEVER to buy from Chiclody. Please share this with others so no one else gets scammed. Let’s stop these fraudulent companies from taking advantage of people!

I strongly advise against ordering from Chiclody if you expect the product to match the description. My experience was incredibly frustrating. First, the shipping took forever because they didn’t clarify that the item was coming from Japan, leading to the longest wait time I’ve ever encountered. To make matters worse, the actual charges were not listed under "Chiclody," so I wasn’t fully aware of what I was being charged for.

I am beyond disappointed. I ordered a $169 dress that was nothing like what was described on their website. When I contacted customer service, they offered me just $20 as compensation, which is an insult considering the poor quality and misrepresentation of the product.

Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company. It’s not worth the hassle or the money.

horrible customer service! It says that their dresses are fully refundable, but the dress I received did not fit. They offered me a $10 credit and now I have to dispute it with my credit card company.!
I have photos of the dress not fitting me and it wasn't even swen properly!

I ordered a dress from here. It arrived and looked NOTHING like the photo on the website. Different colors and pattern. I immediately email for a return (there’s no phone number to call). It’s taken a week and a half so far going back and forth with them and still no information from them on how to return and get a full refund. They keep offering me like $15 back from a $165 dress and won’t give me a clear answer on a full refund. I believe this is a scam website and I’m super mad that I have a dress I don’t want and can’t get any of my money back!

I have ordered some clothes from this place website and it cost me a lot of money and I sort out got it so please do not order or possess this place for clothes or anything on this site cos they take the money and do not send you the stuff it cost me over £59 quid unsun the clothes don't fit

Worst thing i ever experience in my entire life.
Don't know if i should laugh or cry.

The sizes do not match your size chart. Designs is completely unacceptable, and does not resemble the pictures.

Im not going to explain myself over every item., none of them are as in the pictures. But for instance, how did the girl-model manage to get in to the leopard dress, it's not even a rubber band under the breast... totally impossible!!

November 21 2020 I ordered a pair of boots. Paid about $17 for expedited shipping on an items listed $11.99 for expedited shipping.
Finally this,week I had finally come to my whits end. The only way I was able to get an actual response instead of the " due to covid" speech was to go through EVERY email sent between myself and the company and reply 10× or so to each one simply stating " GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY NOW!"
They finally tried to " compromise" with my demand for a full refund. They stated that since they paid for the shipping and the item will not be returned to them they must split the cost with me and can only refund 40% ... Which after 2 days of correspondence turned into 50%. I paid the shipping fees! I want 90% of my money and not a penny less! That is fair compromise for THEM! I should NOT have to pay for their mistake! They should have proper insurance to cover their share! It does NOT come out my MY pocket!. I told them to keep the shipping fees I've paid for the inconvenience. All they keep offering is discounts on my next order. DO NOT ORDER FROM CHIC LADY! YOU WILL GET COMPLETELY RIPPED OFF!
