I went through ChicksX because their reviews seemed positive. Unfortunately I have had the worst experience ever. Been 18 days now and still not getting anywhere. I have chatted with 3 different people and all 3 are pretty much giving me the same bullshit. I have contacted the financial department by email as there is no other way. I have requested a cancelation of transaction, I have provided everything they have asked for and still no resolution. I would not deal with this company. Only to find out they are under investigation for fraudulent activities.

The transaction was straightforward. Confirmation was sent to my email.

Start to finish very professional and client privacy and looking out for the client was clearly there number one best interest. They were thoural and took there time. Security and peace of mind. Nice experience.

Atrocious customer service, I don't believe for a second that they have a 4.9 rating on Google. I have made five or six transactions through this service and three of them have had major disruptions and delays all for USDc purchases. The major problem is they never reach out to you to let you know or give you an update. I sent three messages yesterday and finally was responded to telling me to contact a different department. I proceeded to email the other department and they haven't even read the email. After waiting many hours for my transaction to go through it just sat processing so I gave up now I just want my money back that's stuck in "Refund requested" status and I can't get an answer frm anybody at any dept. Never again

My bank account was hacked back in February and the 'requested auto Deposits were to ChickX Inc. after getting nowhere with my bank, I finally tracked down this company, after many phone calls where no one answered the phone, I reached a gentleman in their Vancouver location who was very nice, he referred me to their online platform, I dealt with Mario who continually asked me why I took so long to contact them, I explained that the bank said they would handle it. He then told me the money had been refunded, but not to my email, which was used to withdraw the money!!! Needless to say, they were useless and I found the whole experience, very frustrating. I also feel this operation is where people go to defraud other people. Not sure why they are still in business. I would recommend to stay away.
