It took longer than expected to receive the ring that I ordered. It came today and it is absolutely stunning. The quality is very well-made. It is so realistic that everybody that sees it is asking me where I got it because they want one. I will definitely be shopping and buy more jewelry from this company as the quality is better than expected

Poor Service
I placed my order early December and paid in full. The first item arrived but not the other two items. I've contacted them number of times and I've been told the order is ready, please be patient.
I contacted PayPal and reported my problem. I've since been contacted by ChicHer and they've now said they won't dispatch my order unless I withdraw from PayPal. I'm happy to do that when I receive my order.

Ignorant unreliable, can't speak English so communication, if any! Is atrocious!

Love the Quality and Designs
I love the quality and design of the items, I got so many compliments on my eternity ring. It genuinely looks so high quality, and it is such a statement piece, the only thing I wish they would ship it out faster but I would say it is worth the wait. Their customer service and communication is also very fast and consistent, so I will definitely be a returning customer!
