Unable to deliver

Ordered a wall light and was sent a reply saying I would be emailed when it was dispatched by next day courier. Nearly a week later having heard nothing and starting to wonder if it was just a scam I emailed them. The same day response told me that the one fitting that they had was found to be broken, they were unable to source another and my payment would be refunded. I'm happy to say that the money has been returned and I realise that these things happen, but better quicker communication would have been appreciated.
