I'm collecting figures since almost two years and never have I encountered a more unrealiable and unprofessional shop than this one. Don't order here, especially pre-orders, you will get scammed!
In January I pre-ordered a figure that was supposed to be released in August. In July this figure suddenly disappeared from their website which already made me suspicious. Of course August went by and this figure weren't released, I waited until September to contact their customer service and got a very unhelpful answer. Than I waited until October, but this figure were still not released, even if it were available at alot of other shops here in Europe. So I ordered this one from another shop who also promptly delivered it.
After a long annoying conversation with their customer service I finally got promised a full refund for this order which were supposed to be done in 30 days.
But after 30 days I still haven't received any money and so contacted the customer service again. Only after alot of admonitions and threatening with a legal case they finally responded and came up with an absolute ridiculous excuse and claimed my bank had blocked the refund which I can't believed, because this never happened before and my bank would surely have informed me.
After that a normal bank transfer finally worked and I got my money back. Almost 40 days after I demanded a refund!
Than I wanted to delete my account, but for some non-existent reason (I still had pending orders, even if the only order I had was cancelled!) I couldn't even do that.
This was a lesson for me, never ever again I will order something from this site. And if you look at all the other reviews especially from this year, you can see I'm not the only one. Alot of people seemed to get scammed of their refunds, I wonder this site was still not closed down by a French authority for consumer protection. I can only repeat myself:
DON'T EVER ORDER HERE! There are tons of better shops out there who also have figures and are much more reliable. I hope with that review I can help some people don't have the trouble I had with this unreliable, unprofessional shop!

You refuse to refund and PayPal gives me my money back, you are scam and criminals. I never saw that package so it's was never delivered and you waiting for your own stuff to be returned and you ignoring all my messages. I bought the item at ebay and deleted my account at your crap website, never order again from your nonsense.

The situation is as follows according to the tracking of your package: your package was presented to you by the delivery person twice, and was available at a relay point between these two attempts (from 26.04.2023 to 05.05.2023).
As a result, you had the possibility of being able to pick it up at a relay point, or to receive it at home following the emails and messages that the DPD carrier sent you.
Since you have not recovered your package, it is therefore returned to the sender (us).
You asked us for a refund, and opened a PayPal dispute from the start while the package was still in a relay point. We cannot issue refunds until the package has returned to our premises.
Rest assured, as soon as we have your package (currently being returned) on our premises, your refund will be made.
You will understand, I hope, that our customer service could not accede to your refund request at that time, until the parcel was returned to our premises. This will be done when we have received the package.
We are at your entire disposal if you need more information.

UPDATE: We have received the return package, as a result we have made the refund. Our customer service has responded to all your messages, even the most violent, as in your opinion on Trustpilot.
