My chi palm was “thumping” so I called…

My chi palm was “thumping” so I called to ask about whether it needed to be returned for repairs. The Chi Tribe representative was exceptionally gracious and thoroughly knowledgeable about the complexities of the unit and explained the reason for the noise much to my satisfaction. After all was said and done there was no need to return the unit. This chi palm is a miracle in disguise. I use it daily on every part of my body in need of healing energy. My involvement with the Chi Tribe goes back decades and I am eternally grateful to Richard and his family of helpers for making this miracle possible. This chi palm in my opinion is a quantum leap from the infratonic 9. It is so ergonomically facile and works wonders. I recommend it to everyone.

Both my wife and I use it every couple…

Both my husband and I use it every couple of days for over an hour at a time. He has some discomfort with digestion and heaviness in his body from Parkinson disease. I walk a lot and have a tendency towards getting shin splints and plantar fascitis in the past, with tense achilles and calves.
We both have so much relief from the minimal use of Chi Palm we LOVE it!! We have recommended our friends too and they purchased the kit and soon the Chi Palm.

Thank you for inventing such a smart unit for us. I know it will last a long time since your previous units from 20 years ago is still working!!

Great repair Service

I mailed my device in to have it repaired, I was astonished at how quickly it was repaired and what a through job "detailing" cleaning every aspect and the relativity inexpensive cost!

85yo heals up & walks after a bad fall!

My 85yo mother slipped and fell on some large rocks, getting both knees, right lower, hand scraped up. We cleaned her up and put the Infratonic 9 on her wounds. She had no bruising, healed up quickly and had no pain. She’s 85 and wasn’t even limping! The next morning her ribs were hurting. That was the one place we missed. Three days later they are still sore and the rest her is like a 20yo! Have had this machine probably seven years and love all it’s done for me, my friends and family.

TEN Plus Stars!!

I would give you 10 stars plus if I could. The customer service people worked with me as I set up a multiple purchase. The repair people tried extensively to fix my I-9 with an intermittent problem. The machine itself helped me finally heal (along with massage and PT) a three month old injury that didn't seem to be healing or healing very, very slowly. I can walk, hike and dance now, Yay! Next focus is a chronic constipation issue; I have high hopes!

Bryron was wonderful!

Byron was wonderful! I sent back my older unit to be repaired. He was able to repair the unit however suggested I try the newer Palm. With the discount of turning in my older unit, I puchased the Palm for $125. less the total cost of the Palm. My horse Amigo and I are looking forward to receiving the Palm!

Missing pieces

I just received a box with the Nessor but no cord or grounding receptacle tester.
This after waiting a week for delivery and being charged $48.95 for 2 day priority shipping.

Will update my review when this is corrected.
