The best customer service!
The Gotham poster is perfect for chess fans. They have the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Since it was traveling overseas, they kept an eye on tracking for me. When one poster got lost in the mail, they sent another for no additional charge. I would give an additional star if I could!

Love the poster
Love the poster, my brother bought it to me. We had a bit of an issue with the package but was because of the Spanish post. I was contacted by Janos and he really take care of my poster. Thank you again, great poster and great customer service!!

It was a wonderful idea to purchase a poster from Chess Moments as a meaningful memento of the 45th FIDE Chess Olympiad, Budapest 2024, for our son. For him, and for us, it’s much more than just a souvenir—it’s the story behind it: the absolutely fantastic atmosphere, the incredible experience of the event, and the great discussions we had with Ákos, the co-founder. Analyzing puzzles together inspired our son to dive deeper into solving more puzzles from the Legend, keeping the excitement of the Olympiad alive long after it ended.
