misleading website

Although this is called Cheshiretreesurgery it is not a local firm. As soon as I filled in the form, and hadn't clicked submit, I got a spam phone call with a recorded message saying it was about my tree surgery inquiry. I then got 4 emails from Quotatis, saying "We're still searching for quality local pros to help you with your Tree Surgery project".
I thoughtI was contacting a local company direct because the website said "TREE SURGERY IN SANDBACH"
