Not received the order. Been nearly 3 weeks.

AVOID,AVOID,AVOID!!!!!

Happy to take your money and then not deliver. I would have preferred to have not rated with a star.
Thankfully ( like previous post) we purchased through credit card so will try to claim back through bank.(even store staff suggest I should!l!!)
Emailed and called multiple times over the course of 4 weeks (should have been a 2-4day delivery).
Absolutely no contact from either online or store following emails and calls.(I have done all the chasing). Order placed on the 23rd Oct and as of this post 22nd Nov nobody has contacted me.
Store manager lied and made false promises.
Disgusting customer service.

Absolutely appalling
No correspondence at all
Had to contact them by email for them to tell me one of my items was unavailable
They said they would issue refund so I had to contact them again the day after and they said refund will be issued
After 2 weeks of waiting for my items to be told there unavailable is appalling

If I hadn’t of emailed them I would still be sitting waiting for my items

Sorry but won’t be ordering from here again

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! all they do is take your money then fob you off!!! No delivery of order not even a hint of IF and when it’s coming. save your money and buy elsewhere!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

Poor service my order hasn’t arrived, no one is available to answer questions or update. email address doesn’t work.

So far shocking experience.

Do not trust this company!
I order a standing lamp which shown as, in stock in clear green writing on the website hence why i ordered.
Did not receive a confirmation email or any response, after calling numerous times and not having a answer, i finally got an email back from them to say (bluntly) we are waiting for a date from our supplier. Thats it! I told them to cancel my order to no reply weeks later i have emailed again and numerous calls… today finally i had an email saying my order was cancelled. I ordered on the 2nd April it is now the 19th!
Appalling communication, untrustworthy and waste of time.

I have had the worst experience of my life regarding this company 😡😡 I ordered bedroom furniture in December as I work night-shift they delivery was left at my doorand one of the boxes was severely damaged, so after two days I looked in the box that was damaged to find not one fitting inside and also found more parts missing, I contacted this company only to be met with some arrogant person that had no intention to resolve this issue, they lied about me signing for the furniture they sent a false picture of some young lad and said it was me taking the furniture into my home , absolutely disgusting service three months later they have still refused to replace the damaged box . 🤬🤬🤬

Absolute shambles of a company. I placed my order beginning of May for table, 4 chairs and a bench. It took weeks of chasing to finally get the chairs delivered. I only then received the table last week, damaged! Still no idea when the bench is to be delivered. I now want what I have received, returned and refunded. It is a one man show who clearly doesn't have any stock available and is sourcing from outside once an order has been placed. No customer service whatsoever. Steer clear at all costs.

Really easy and straight forward from start to finish. Absolutely love my new couch. Highly recommended and will definitely be ordering from here again - only problems being that I liked everything.
