Short shelf life paracetamol
Bought paracetamol suppositories at a good price, but one had a very short expiry date. They offered a refund if I returned it at my cost, which I declined, as it was more than the item’s value. When buying medication online, you expect a longer expiry date.

I bought vitamin d for kids there are said 1-2 working days still not received after 5 working days, none answer phone and email never order again !!!
Good store, cheap paracetamol suppositories
Ordered children's paracetamol suppositories on 29 Oct, delivered by Royal Mail today 1 Nov. Very pleased as they charge £3 per pack, Asda pharmacy (the only place near me that stocks them) charged me £24-odd for the same size pack this week. Obviously you'll pay anything when your kid isn't well, but given they are only 1.50 Euro a pack when we got them in Spain, paying almost £25 rankles!
I saw the Trust pilot score before ordering but decided to chance it as the reviews read like a smallish business closed weekends, so shipping can be slow, and some people have had bad customer service when there's been a problem. I chanced it given I ordered 2 packs which would have cost £49 at Asda for £9.95 delivered, and am happy I did.
Placed an order early hours
Placed an order early hours. Whole day Friday still awaiting to be shipped. They read they closed weekend. So have to wait till next week. This is medication that is needed quickly. No wonder amazon and other shops do better
They gave me a wrong address
They gave me a wrong address, made me wait more than a month, lost my prescription and then refused to apologize. I have to pay for another prescription. I raised a complaint but they ignored my request. Stay away from these cowboys.
Scammers.
I ordered some carmize eye drops from this company, they took my money and never sent my order. this company are scammers. Please, do not be fooled by this company as they are a bunch of thieves.

HOW DO DO THESE CLOWNS HAVE A LICENCE?
I ordered prescription medication from this amateur company and the first batch came - WRONG MEDICATION NOT AS ORDERED. After 3 phone calls and 3 emails I received a replacement - THE INCORRECT DOSEAGE!
I’m giving them one more chance then I’m reporting them to their professional body.
COMPLETE CLOWNS!
No delivery
I ordered 10 tubes of hylo eye gel that were never delivered.
Several attempts to email and phone customer service were utterly ignored.
Fraudsters.
Avoid! Scammers
I placed an order of an over-the-counter travel sickness medication, and after a long wait it was still labeled as waiting to be processed. I messaged them with a complaint and asked for the order to be cancelled. Finally today they cancelled the order, no idea when the refund will arrive, but I'm annoyed because they marked the reason of cancellation as a refusal on their part and telling me to see my GP, which is unnecessary and a waste of GP time. I strong advise that you go to a different pharmacy, the people at this one can't tell their elbow from their arse.
But Slower than expected but item received
Ordered items on the website on Wed 11th June before reading reviews on here. Was worried then. Tried calling them but the phone went straight to music so was still worried.
The order sat at processing until end of day Friday then had email confirmation of it being shipped so was relieved. Then was expecting it on Monday / Tuesday. Got tracking details from royal mail and over the next 3 days it went all round the place but eventually arrived today (wed 18th).
Just wanted review to confirm that there was a delay but did get the items as seen really bad reviews so wanted even it out a bit
Thankfully legit!
I needed some eye drops and by Google I found them cheapest on chemist net. I ordered three bottles on Saturday without researching the company. I then decided to google and saw this page!!! I felt very dim and concluded that I’d wasted my money. However - I can confirm that the drops arrived today (Wednesday), and look to be exactly what I ordered. I also had a confirmation email when I ordered too - and I know others have said that they didn’t. Overall I was pleasantly surprised and also relieved! (I appreciate I only ordered 3 small bottles of eye drops - maybe bigger items ate riskier?)
Very disappointed
Very disappointed. They sent the parcel with an incorrect address, so I never received it. Customer support was completely unresponsive. I highly do not recommend this seller — the whole experience felt like a scam.

Can't tell if this is legitimate or not. There is a company called Chemist.net, which was struck off in 2024. The owner was Anup Sodha on the records.
The website still seems active, but I can't see many reviews.
Absolutely atrocious
Like many reviews state, money was immediately snatched from account and eight days later still awaiting delivery, no response to emails. Will have to contact my bank to retrieve payment. Scam artists!
Account states order's being 'processed', Never in my life have I encountered such an awkward and pedantic company. They may be cheaper than some others but not worth the hassle.

I ordered eye cleaning solution from chemist.net, payment was taken immediately (including £4.99 delivery).
I haven't received any conformation of my order and now four days later I still haven't received my order.
BE EXTREMELY DUBIOUS OF USING THIS COMPANY.

Still waiting on a order which I ordered on Sunday night. No way of getting in touch with them to find out what's happening. Very disappointing.
Slow order process - don’t use if you need an urgent item
I ordered some home blood sugar test strips from this company and paid £5 for speedy (2 day) delivery as I need them urgently. I’ve been told they may arrive after 5 days. Useless and a waste of my money .

Do not buy a thing as he will take the money for what you buy then say its a 180 pound insurance fee for it to be delivered, refundable aftee your goods arriive... which they never will.
All round good experience
I looked at the Trustpilot reviews for this site before ordering, and nearly didn't bother as a result, but they were the cheapest for my heartburn relief meds so I decided to take a chance. And I'm glad I did, because I found them to be a really good site. Ordered late Thursday night, had good comms all the way and they turned up on Saturday.
Unfortunately, they'd been damaged in transit (not their fault, I blame Royal Mail for this), so I rejected them and they were returned. Called them first thing on Monday and they were very helpful and sent out replacements the very same day, which I now have.
Overall, a very good customer experience. Thought I'd return here to leave a positive review, in order to balance things out a bit.
