The old spice whitewater deodorant was old stock according to the manufacturer and there is a problem with the button making it almost impossible to press down.

This retailer accepted an order and the delivery fee was almost more expensive than the product. Delivery was stated as being via Royal Mail 48hr tracked but instead they chose to use Amazon Shipping. The courier claims to have delivered the parcel on a given day and time but there is no evidence of this, no card was left and the parcel was not left with a neighbour. I reached out to the retailer to inform them the parcel was never received and they are continuing to hide behind the courier and stating that it was delivered. Customer service is appalling, there are two or three telephone numbers for them which are unobtainable, they dont reply to emails, their FB page suggests using an email account which is not in use anymore. Do not use this company or prepare to be out of pocket if you do!!!

Following on from my previous review 2 days ago... I have still not received my refund!! I have done some checking at Companies House and apparently this company has now changed its name to Better Health Online and the sole director is Brent Cutler. Previous companies include 24 Hour Chemist and Frontline. People like him should not be allowed to get away with ripping consumers off!!

Order never arrived, but fast enough to take the money.

Either you took my money and didn't fulfill the order, or the courier is a thief and I will be informing the police.

I ordered 4 bottles of almond oil which was due to be delivered on Friday 7th by Amazon shipping however it failed to arrive. Amazon shipping have informed me that my order was lost.
I have emailed the supplier however following the initial response I have not received any response from them.
All I need to know is whether a replacement order is being despatched or whether a full refund of the cost & postage is going to be made.

Paid for 48 hour delivery, as needed items urgently, which I didn't get. Emailed customer services to ask for postage refund for this reason. Had a response from an obstructive rep who didn't have a clue what was going on, was rude then completely ignored my emails. Extremely poor customer service. Would not buy from here again.

I placed an order for dermav10 cream around the 12th of June and uptill now(3rd july) l am yet to receive it.l have emailed them several times.

I paid over £9 extra for my item to be delivered in 24 hours as I needed it urgently…it arrived 5 days later! If you need an item urgently, don’t get it from here!
