Some absolute terrible driver from this company (van in Picture) came flying up my rear end on the m1 today atleast a foot behind my car. Then started hurling abuse when I let them pass! Wouldn't trust them to move anything of mine with the way they drive. Damn right dangerous!

It is really disappointing to meet an impatient driver on the roads who then starts shouting at you because they do not have the courtesy to wait for you. Sadly this road rage incident was with Chemgo.

Trying to pull out of a dangerous junction can be difficult especially when you are confronted by a van with a very angry driver who feels you are getting in their way to their first appointment.

Peter Foulkes, the owner of Chemgo, who had this minor road rage incident proceeded to drive the remaining 4-5 miles to his first appointment for the day. Unfortunately for Peter this is also my workplace which happens to be a secondary school.

On greeting Peter in the reception and informing him that I was the car that he had just confronted he immediately became angry and raised his voice. This resulted in him having to be asked to be quiet by one of our members of staff. He was also not wearing his face mask (covid) at this time which seems a little strange for someone used to wearing PPE. I hope he enjoys watching his dashcam footage that he also shouted about, I am certain it will show him gesticulating at me and driving aggressively to get around my car.

Peter drives a van with the words 'Emergency Response Vehicle' emblazoned across it. He clearly feels this entitles him to drive at speed and vent his frustration out on others.

As one of the Designated Safeguarding Leads for our school I am wondering whether he is an appropriate person to enter educational institutions. His multiple outbursts this morning, including demanding to know my name, certainly make me question his suitability for such a role when students are onsite.

I suspect that he is excellent at dealing with dangerous chemicals and perhaps this morning is 'out of character'. I do wonder if his vehicle is involved in a collision, especially as a result of his inability to keep his temper, he might be even more of a danger to those around him with the chemicals he carries.
