i ordered the 450 piece mechanics tool set. if it was from them, the envelope didn't say, i received a little cheap wrench. i can't get a hold of paypal if my email payment receipt is from them. i'm 70 years old and hope i'm not being ripped off. i may turn this over to my bank or local tv investigative team if i don't hear from cheerfe or paypal.
Ordered the tool set they sent 1 wrench. Got my $$ back through PayPal thank you ! I will not do any business with this company!
The company does not even let u review on their website. I tried to purchase from them when they were under a different name. And received something totally different. Even turned them into PayPal. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
I live in Portland, OR. I wanted to send a Wonder Woman mask to a friend in Westchester, CA (LA). When I got the tracking information, the UPS page just indicated, Anonymous, Westchester...on the tracking page, even though the full correct address is listed on my Cheerfa receipt. I have written 1/2 dozen times to confirm UPS had the complete address. All I get...if I get anything is a cheerful..."It's on the way." To whom...anonymous? I canceled the order. Sad too, because it looks like a cool and practical mask.
This seller stole my original pattern and design - they are operating illegitimately, immorally, and fraudulently.
Upon reading my confirmation after ordering a T-shirt, I noticed they had omitted my apartment number, and immediately contacted the company… Three separate times completely ignored me when I asked that they update the address and confirm. Fast forward over two weeks they finally contact me to tell me my item has been returned and I would be offered a 20% discount. This has not been another two weeks… No discount no communication whatsoever. This company absolutely has the worst customer service. So I have to assume their products are trash as well
Waiting for my shirt which still hasn’t arrived. They say once it’s in “production” they can’t refund. When asked about when I should receive the shirt, it’s silence. Do not order through this company.
I did not receive my product. Tried calling, they have no number. I emailed them, they state it was probably stolen and that they would send me another one if I paid shipping. Seems like a scam, do not buy from them. Totally regret it.
Buyers Beware!
I would give it zero stars if I could. I purchased a shirt from them recently and it has a typo. The quality was poor. The writing and image were blurry. I messaged them letting them know about the issue and they responded saying that they'll send me another one, however I never received the replacement shirt and they stopped responding to my emails.
The shirt can be purchased elsewhere for a fraction of the price.
I'm giving them a star because that is the only way I can voice my comments on this thing. Unbelievable how over the years customer service has taken such a dive. People only want your money and could give a dam about the quality of service they provide. The popular thing is not to be able to contact them via phone. I usually never order unless they have a business number. Heres the story.
I ordered the Darryl Drake "Shut out the noise" hoodie. He was a football coach who recently passed away and the team, largely because of receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster, wore the shirts with his saying on them in his honor. Went to a website which had t-shirts and hoodies with the saying in quotes and coach Drakes name on it. The ad was attractive with full bleed yellow letters much like a Pittsburgh Steeler logo would appear. The hoodie I received had dingy yellow almost beige letters and smelled like vinegar. Coach Drakes name wasn't even on it. I brought this to their attention immediately and was dissatisfied. This had the look and feel of a "just give me money back scenario" so thats what I asked for.
First of all you get one email a day from them at obscure times of day which leads me to believe they are overseas somewhere. They wrote back and I quote
"We're sorry for any inconvenience. Please send us a front image of shirt, shipping label and size label. We will confirm when testing it."
I'm like testing what???? - Anyway I send them the info they were looking for with the aforementioned request - just give me my money back. They reply
"We sold both art as image your send (see below link for more detail). We'll give you a coupon code to discount $36.99 for you to order again shirt (you have to pay for shipping costs for new T-shirts).
If you agree, please reply to this email so we can send you a discount code."
See where we're going already. Now I'm upto $11.00 shipping - no fault of my own if I choose this avenue for god only knows what in the mail. I tell them I want my money back. I don't want another shirt for the third time. They write back (day 3 mind you)

They probably won't post this in that it clearly shows you what they're all about. Do yourself a favor. Don't be like me and miss out on exploring multiple options. These people are whats unfortunately getting to be status quo with online customer delivery. AVOID THEM and seek a REPUTABLE dealer.
Ordering process was easy and received my item very quickly!
THEY NEED TO GET A TELEPHONE NUMBER!! I had a very important question I HAD to have answered before I could place my order. I wanted these t-shirts in time for the Stanley Cup games. I looked everywhere on their website and the internet for a telephone number. There is no telephone number. I HAD to place the order right then or risk the chance of not getting the shirts in time. There was a comment box at the bottom of the order, so I asked my question there. I got an order confirmation the next day. That was immediately followed by an email stating they had canceled the order and re-did it according to my comments. 3 days later I got an email stating that the order finished processing. So there is 4 days just LOST because I was unable to talk to someone at the time I placed my order. I had a tracking number and checked that - it showed 'Order Processed, Ready for UPS'. A day later it was still showing the same. 3 days later it was still showing 'Order Processed, Ready for UPS'. Since I couldn't call anyone, I had to email them. When I finally got a response, they said they weren't aware that the order was in limbo and that they would check into it.
I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY T-SHIRTS UNTILL THE DAY AFTER THE STANLEY CUP GAMES WERE OVER!!!!!
They offered me 40% my next order. What an AWFUL attempt to make up for this. What NERVE!! SO I HAVE TO SPEND EVEN MORE MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY (that I have had a bad experience with) IN ORDER TO "MAKE-UP" FOR THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE??? I DON'T THINK SO!!! They need to give me a 40% credit on THE ORDERS THAT WERE MESSED UP!!
Besides...I don't wear t-shirts, this was just a special occasion. That is now over and will never come again.
