Unnecessary ban after purchase of glass, claiming different reasons while I never did, making my money stuck. I write to their customer care still nothing come out of it, be careful when dealing with them.

My connection was very slow, so I tried to delete my data and coockies but when I tried to reconnect it always say "problem....., probleme est survenue (en français) "".....
