Yes, and according to my daughter (his mistress) Edy has taken to it big time. This is the first and only time Edy’s done so.

Dog toys looked great untill he destroyed the elephant in the first 5 minutes. So I guess that's a win? Either way, great looking stuffed animal. Not large dog proof at all.

This is a scamm. BEWARE . Dropshipping company, making unrealistic promises, selling generic dog toys. One of those BS kickstarter chinese scams

Everything arrived correctly and toy is very strong dogs did not yet been able to destroy it

The product arrived and my 2 dogs took off with the toys right away. These are seriously great toys. They have been working them over and you cannot tell they've had them.

Great communication. Everything happened as-scheduled. Best of all, our dogs love their new Cheeky elephant!!!

My dog goes through soft toys in minutes. The cheeky elephant lasted a week and a half, new record! He did get the ears and tail early on but the body lived through some rough tug of war and hard chewing! The koala was shorter lived, but still fun for several hours before he got through one of the arms and into the stuffing. Not indestructible, but impressive!

Great toys my dog love them, arrived in Canada quicker than I thought

Super friendly and good shipping. However, I have to report that the indestructible doy toy did get ripped open in about 30 minutes. Oddly enough, not at a seam. SHe does still love it though. We will put the stuffing back in so she can pull it all out again, over and over :-)

Purchased the whale and the elephant, both destroyed in minutes from basic play(no tugging, no shaking). I’ve never seen any toy broken in less than a day from my dog, and only from tugging with them.
The company knowingly posted false info on their kickstarter:
Claimed all R&D was done, then reply to everyone that we’re “contributing to their R&D with our purchase.”
EDIT: Directly lied in response despite their own campaign and updates supporting my claim. More evidence of gaslighting.
Posted a straightforward refund policy on the campaign, only to then hide behind Kickstarter’s general warning that refunds aren’t supported.
EDIT: Did not even attempt to address this claim, only saying “We always aim for transparency and clarity, especially around our R&D and refund policies.”
Sent an update thanking everyone for their kind words and pictures before a single positive comment was written, and no pictures have been provided from the “genuine customers” that have trickled in right afterwards.
EDIT: No response at all to how there were no kind words or photos to even thank before this update.
Have constantly had Kickstarter remove comments pointing out these issues in as polite a manner as possible for being ripped off.
EDIT: Lying about kickstarter’s own policies and passing the blame to them. Projects absolutely can report comments on their page, much easier than backers can, and kickstarter is very aggressive about removal. At most I’ll split the blame 50/50, since kickstarter supports this behavior.
Have aggressively attempted to gaslight their customers on all of these points, as if you can’t just go to their Kickstarter and verify every single one of these things.
EDIT: Their own response is corporate speak mixed with more gaslighting that directly supports this claim, see other edits.
Started a second fundraiser on IndieGoGo with no comments in an attempt to collect more money for an already completed product.
EDIT: You did not “learn and grow from our mistakes” it’s the exact same campaign page and exact same product with no improvements. You have a product, you have a website, but you picked an even more lax fundraiser site to try this again.
There is not a single positive thing to say about this company. They have not addressed any of their shortcomings and attempt to sweep it under the rug. And even if you somehow don’t believe the evidence of this, at the absolute best their product has a 50/50 success rate, with evidence only supplied for their failures. They will copy/paste one of their usual spiels in response to this, only because TrustPilot rewards this behavior in their statistics.
Avoid purchasing from Cheeky for any product they have or will ever put out.
EDIT: “Our goal is to deliver the best possible product, and we understand that some toys may not perform as expected for every dog.”
No, your goal is to make money. I don’t even mean this part negatively; a company can’t deliver the best possible product because it’d be too expensive. I mention this because I wouldn’t care if I was one of a few who got a dud and you actually stood by your own listed policies. But I was one of an extremely large group of people who got something made cheaper than a $5 toy off any shelf. You have hid from these people until it’s dragged public, and then give canned responses until it all blows over. You posted no updates acknowledging anything that’s happened, you didn’t respond after the first 2 comments, and your response was the PR equivalent of shrugging and saying “oh well it happens.” You posted the refund policy on the campaign page, nobody made you do that. And it couldn’t apply to only your website(which it didn’t even mention) because that would imply you were already selling the product, which breaks kickstarter terms.
And TrustPilot has shown how easy it is to rig these review sections. We have no way of verifying these reviews, so we have to just accept your word. But you get to demand our full name, our phone number, and a reference number from us for every review you reply to. And you have no way of verifying any of that because we ordered from you through kickstarter. So you get to shrug and say “yeah that’s not real” to TrustPilot. And they will just happily take you at your word.
I have one single positive thing to say about you: You are very good at exploiting broken systems and hiding behind corporate speak, and have shown me not to trust review aggregates and fundraisers at all.
2ND EDIT: And now they’re in an edit war, changing things as I respond to make me my points look bad. Incredible. Nevertheless, as of this writing their actual points have only been superficially changed. Props for calling me a liar by claiming it never arrived, as if tracking has never failed and they didn’t tell me directly it shipped weeks ago

The toy came, looked good and seems solid. I have nothing more to say.

Three toy has lasted well so far our boy did not rip them up in a couple days like most of the dog toys with had. However he has now started to make snail holes with his sharp teeth although this is too expected. The rest of the toy had stayed in tact.

Our dog Riley loves his new Cheeky toy. We bought all 3 versions but have only let him play with the whale. Typically we have to hold plush/squeaky toys in reserve as those in use inevitably they sprout holes and stuffing spreads across the floor. After about two weeks of use, the whale shows no signs of wearing down or holes developing. Time will tell if it will stand up against Riley's use. Toys like this are good for general play but also a stress relief for him. We are pleased with the Cheeky toy and hope it and the others will last for a good long time.

Complete scam. Product torn in seems after 5 minutes with our Jack Russel.

Horrible product!! Lasted 10 minutes. Our dog wasn't even being aggressive... just normal chewing. She is great at find the weak spot.... these have MANY! BUYER BEWARE!

My French Mastiff loves your Cheeky toys. We played with Elli (elephant) the other night & Cheeky (koala) last night. Very well made, fairly strong but soft material. French Mastiffs loves playing tug of war but also, they suckle. Funny seeing a 53kg dog suckle a teddy bear!! Most toys last but I am the play date so I know where to hold to they don't tear when playing tug.

The company made some cute dog toys that are tough. The "squeak zone" is small. My dog loses interest in them when he can't make it squeak.
Overall, me and the dog like them.

I ordered the three pack through Kickstarter and added squeakers in all of them. Of my three cattle dogs only one plays with them and she loves playing with them. They're holding up well so far. ALL my dogs will try to destroy a soft toy and the male heelers gave up on destroying them after a few days - success! Very happy with them, wish they were brighter and the elephant was larger than the koala bear lol

I think they certainly tried to make a long lasting toy. Sadly they didn’t pull it off. It’s very cute but not up to a miniature dachshund.

Received, and it's exactly as sold. Our dog loves his Cheeky Koala.
Thanks.
