They are the best!!

Dan came to diagnose our heating problem. He said there were a number of possibilities. He suggested one to try (replacing a part that was clearly rather old, possibly over 30 years), but made it clear that if it did not sort it, he had another approach in mind. That must surely have been the right approach. Josh replaced the old part, and sent a quote for the other approach. He implemented it, and the problem was indeed resolved. All was done very efficiently, with best possible explanations, and extremely pleasantly. This was our first experience of Chedd, but we will be using them in future.

I've used GA Chedd Ltd for years and they are always responsive, even when it's not an emergency.

Totally reliable, professional and prompt service. All the engineers are individuals you will be happy to have in your home.

Great service once again. Turned up when they said they would. Protected everything and cleared up before they left. We had them for a 2 day boiler replacement and they just got on with what they needed to do. Obviously, they were taking up space in the house but they really weren’t in the way.

Gas boiler service plus a couple of extras. Having been recommended by a friend in Chilworth, Dan was amazing. Came on time, was friendly and polite and gave me a very detailed breakdown of information and honest appraisal including what didn't need to be done. No upsell, just honest work and very realistic and clear. Excellent price too. Cannot recommend highly enough and will be using Chedd for the foreseeable future.

How lovely, after months of problems, being let down, ignored and ripped off to find a company that respond, answer questions, are helpful, polite and turn up on time!! As a customer I like to feel my business is appreciated and this is clearly lacking in this sector. I will be using Chedd from now on. Came from a recommendation and although I have work in progress.. so far I can also recommend. Dan was informative and knowledgeable.
