There was some confusion about my bank # - I was told it was not in your record. Since I copied it from my printed check, ??? So for some AI reason, the order was cancelled. I was not informed and I was left without checks. I called again to find out why. This time everything went smoothly and I received the checks rather quickly.

I appreciate the options for checks, the printing accuracy and the timely completion and delivery. I needed a check form for a particular situation and was concerned about the delivery time. I received the package earlier than expected and that simplified completion of my task.

The ordering process with CheckWorks was very easy to navigate. The email confirmation that the order had been received, processed, and shipped were sent out promptly. The shipment arrived 12 days after notification of shipment which while not fast is certainly reasonable. The checks were printed as requested and with no errors. Overall a good experience.

Ordered checks for 2 separate entities at one sitting. Received a message that there was a challenge with the orders. Contacted the office, bingo, challenges gone.
