Do not use this company, they only use low quality tradesman, they send you these numbers of tradesman, that dont turn up to do the job or cancel if they cant make it, the guy was called Rob ‪+44 7557 046596‬ for anyone to check, waste of time, i will not be using checker trade again

Not happy from my response from checkatrade,

I used this useless site to have my patio roof replaced.
The trade did the work but went 18mm over the boundary into my neighbour's roof. This trade has refused to correct the issue. Checkertrade is next to useless in sorting out the issue. To make matters worse, the trade is still listed on this site

Checkertrade started out OK, gradually going down hill, to the point, I can not get intouch to speak with any person, sending no work but charging £ 180.00 per month, no answer from customer complaints. Calls getting ended after 45min on hold. Really a joke when I check the site pages for my company, it is not even showing, be aware this company is ripping us off.

What an absolute awful company !! Sales people tell you so many lies until you sign up then nothing!! No help nothing !! All I can say is Traders don’t go there!! Complete scammers 🤬🤬

This website is full of unreliable trade cowboys. They all call like crazy and then dont want to quote. Not credible people. DO not waste your time.

If you are a trader Don't use them if you are looking
to generate work. It's a terrible service, absolute waste of time and money.

Found a company on their website and it turned out the contractor was a fraud. Do not use Dec Decors London which are based in Ilford. After deposit of £7.5K the company with all their stuff disappeared. Contacted chekertrade but they washed their hands with the statement that '' we cannot assist further '' but actually the only thing they did was thanking me for letting them know. Absolute joke of website.
