This company has given our business a "B" rating , yet there are no reviews for our business on their site unlike the reputable B.B.B. ( who shows reviews ) In my opinion this is most likely a tactic to pay them money to increase the rating.
My hotel stay at Rivernorth hotel Chicago and they are not responding any email or phone calls in a proper way for refund of deposit. I long-ch complaint through Business Consumer Alliance and got proper reply and got my money back after one month.
