Youtube cancelled a bunch of subscriptions and Cheapzy is handling it horribly. It's been over a month and they ignore my support ticket, keep promising they'll look into my account "shortly," but nothing. This whole thing also messed up my account and now I can't select annual subscription anymore - which is way cheaper than monthly. They are handling the situation horribly.

Works until it doesn’t — support disappears when accounts get shut down
Cheapzy’s entire business model is arbitrage: buying subscriptions in cheaper markets. Anyone using the service should understand that this comes with a real risk of account shutdown. That part isn’t my main complaint.
The real problem is support after the shutdown happens.
My YouTube Premium account was terminated due to the region issue. Cheapzy acknowledged it and said they would fix it. That was over three weeks ago. Since then:
• No resolution
• No meaningful updates
• Now complete silence
At this point, I paid for a service I don’t have, with no timeline and no accountability.
Before Cheapzy replies with their standard response: I already submitted a ticket. I already followed the process. This review exists because support stopped responding.
If you’re considering Cheapzy, understand this clearly:
• If everything works, it’s fin
• If your account gets shut down, you are entirely dependent on their support
• And when support goes quiet, you have no leverage and no service
Update: 6+ weeks and still no resolution, I did get a response saying a day or two… three weeks ago! Understand the responses to these reviews saying to contact them go absolutely nowhere.

We take responsibility for the delays. There are currently hundreds of affected accounts, and we are actively working through them one by one. This isn’t something we can automate, which is why progress can feel slow from the outside.

YouTube premium got cancelled due to different locations. Support posted in the channel and promised to reinstate shortly. After three weeks now still nothing and support won’t reply anymore. It’s a scam. Avoid at all costs.
