Initially Disappointed, But They Delivered in the End

At first, I wasn’t happy with the service — there were delays, and it seemed like things weren’t going to work out. However, to their credit, they eventually resolved the issue and delivered what I paid for.

While the service was delayed, I appreciate that they did follow through. If they can improve their response time and consistency, this could be a much better experience overall.
