Product was the worst I ever received from a mom and far from the cheapest you could get.
Customer service is just a joke, keep your money and stay away from these scammers.

These guys just pretend your an important customer spent well over 100k with these guys just to get ripped off with seeded weed then when u complain they just say buy more if u want us to help you out show us you a good customer they Saud I $hit u not. Also I've had parcels seized by rcmp and cheapweed refused to reimburse me my full amount like their disclaimer imply. Be careful if they will fluck me over guaranteed your gonna be next. There's too many places now with similar prices and better products gorillajane has been treating me proper so that's where I shop now. Decided to make this review after the hilarious email I got today after I asked where my money was and what the fu*k was up with the COMPLETLY SEEDED WEED I GOT 2LBS OF I got a 30$ coupon for 2lbs of seeds if u want to go through this just shop here its gonna happen 100%.

by far the worst customer service online of any cannabis related business cheap is right and short and harsh, their products are absolutely low quality lots of sizzle with improper flushing of chemicals and of course my favorite Emma the absolute worst of all tried telling me a pound was 448 I argued 454 and was met with the most hostile responses save your money and try Buyweed24/7 or Westcoast cannabis or any other supplier

I ordered 4 quarter pounds, 1rst all delivery was longer than they guaranteed, The weed is tumbled,no crystals not even close to picture. So disappointed. Never ever again , the dispensery that I ordered for they sold it for 25 a oz that's how bad it was,a lady who bought made butter it was crap .the dispensery thc tested it came back 8 % thc..how dare they just rob people. Horrible company. If the weed would have been like advertised they could have made a good customer. Lesson learned ..stick to under ground dealers .SCAMMERS .

Just complained to Cheapweed about pricing and selling weed with seeds which people know is no good and they basically tell you to f off.

these guys are washing the oil out of the weed they sell....any weed u buy will smell like chemicals ...if u look close at the bud they send u can see there is no thc on the outside of the bud....the thc starts quarter way into the bud.... it is dangerous to smoke this washed weed.....tony needs the be slapped with a ball of his own shat....scammers do not waste your money on this site.....

Contacted staff with a question and recieved a very ignorant response. Seem there is a god complex at CW. We were group purchasing before the prices doubled and responses were slow at best. Now 12-14 people are seeking alternates.

Hello, I bought at cheapweed and they sent me 3a cannabis full of branches and leaves at $562.00 per half-pound when I had paid for 4a+ for 4 oz at 474.75, they admitted the error but it does not give me back what I ordered imagine I paid 474.75 to have 4 oz of 3a full of branches and leaves and seeds in it won from fraud I filed a complaint with the RCMP on the web

I have been a customer at CW (Cheapweed) for years and if you asked me a month ago I would have recommended them. I recently received an lb from them that had mold throughout the entire bag. Being a customer for a while and spending about $10,000-$15,000 a year there I thought they would replace it or give me credit (i didn't care about a cash refund). But nope. You want to know what they offered me for losing $500?

They offered me a coupon code for $25! Then they stopped responding.

Needless to say I am done with that company forever!

PS* Please understand that most of the positive reviews are people who haven't had an issue with an order yet. Once you have an issue you will get screwed, but they are good until then! lol

Believe the reviews - they will rip you off eventually and garbage underweight product, a lot of better choices out there STAY AWAY

After asking about a shipment that I never got Emma sent me a nice email - a porn photo and her/him saying "I'm a bad girl" .....losers

pictures & descriptions of product are fake, order something that looks good & they’ll send you trash weed & wont refund. sent me 3oz when i order a lb and then tried to give me a couple for $40 off my next order to make up for it. also received moldy product. customer service is horrible too. DONT order from here.

After speaking to Canada post they informed me that this “company” can infact claim insurance on my package even if it’s marked as delivered. They refuse to resend a package, give me my money back or even so much as reply to my emails and offer me a discount for the inconvenience.
Canada post is now looking into them as they have tried to claim insurance and are refusing to pay me. I have reported them for fraud with the Canada revenue agency. Terrible terrible buissness practices. I hope they lose everything and are never able to recoup 🥰
